To freak out a friend, relative, roommate...? Anything that had them wide-eyed and backing away slowly while trying to stifle laughter and screams of terror.

I once sat in the empty bath tub in the dark, waiting for someone to come in and turn on the light. When they did. I turned to look at them and whispered "I'm a carrot! Shh!" And stared at them without blinking until they turned off the light again and closed the door.

Well this wasn't me personally, but a friend of mine, when he had just joined our school.
We were just having English class, and then he randomly takes out his eye
(a glass eye but none of us knew at the time) and started waving it around.
It was quite an English class.
