iiPixelatedTears anothernoobofdoom72 If its one of the quick EI, anytime. But if its one of the long term ones you want to buy it as soon as possible. Because you don't you have to wait for it to evolve. Like first gen will be finished, but the other gens will be trailing behind evolving each step before it finishes. Make sense? I'm terrible at explaining things. But how would I know if that EI would be a potential 'it' item?
You don't really. But I'd assume any expensive one would be.
The ones for 499GC you general can wait for and see if you like it. Because no matter when you buy you'll always get the full evolution or get everything up to where it current is. |
