So I joined IMVU, only to find that it was basically Gaia Towns times 10.
The whole site is just infested with horny n00bs trying to make their avatars as slutty as possible. It's amusing, really. xd
And no one really talks in any of the rooms, either. Well, okay, so I saw one conversation (in a span of two hours) consisting of: "ur hott" "thx" "i need boobs" "k i buy u sum"
Here I was, a tall, dark fallen angel with swords strapped to her thighs, amidst a sea of Jersey Shore-esque avatars. Mine was the only avatar on the dance floor, then suddenly she was surrounded by wannabe-gangstas dancing in awkward silence. It was weird.
The only thing I like about that place is the avatar system. confused I love the HUGE store, with items mostly made by users. I also like the 3D aspect. I just wish the users weren't so ridiculous. >_>
