Times had been peaceful as of late and for that, Peke was grateful. He was, however, wary of the outsiders they continued to accept into their ranks. It was to be expected, naturally. He kept himself busy, often interacting with new members and sticking close to his friends Ethiopia and Ubele.

His constant interaction with Ubele left him often in the same areas as her twin and her father. While that animosity between Ufunuo and Peke had dwindled he still preferred to steer clear of the other male.

When it came to Umoja, Peke had no problem being available for him. At the sound of someone calling his name he paused and glanced back. "For you? Of course not my king," he replied a slight smile on his maw. He was more friendly than before but only in some company.
