[PRP] Strength Comes from Inside (Safi, Kasi & ? )

Kasi strode back to her den with a purpose, each step a measured pace and equal distance. She was perfectly disciplined, except for the slight misstep every once in a while, a slight limp of her back leg. It wasn't a large limp, barely noticeable unless you knew what to look for and she was making it as barely noticeable as she could.

However there was one person who noticed. Who couldn't stop noticing.

"Mum," Safi said, exasperated, following behind her mother. "Mum, stop! You're just going to hurt it more. You should have gotten one of the medics to look at it on the duelling grounds." It was wasted words, her mother was stubborn and Safi knew it. She had seen her mother go down when she was running drills, and saw her get back up and continue on, continuing to strain the muscle that she had pulled.

This was nothing though. Kasi had been pushing herself hard since the news of the Nergui. It was frustrating Safi to no end, if only because Kasi was not relying on anyone.

Safi only knew of the injuries because she was there when many of them happened. Thankfully, they all healed quickly because they were nothing major but she honestly worried that one day her mother was not going to get up again after a fall.

Kasi almost purred in delight at teh sight of the den coming closer. She was so close to sitting down! Despite the lack of expression on her face and the lack of vocal response, her paw was killing her slowly. It ached and with every ounce of pressure put on it, it sent pain shooting up her leg. She just wanted to curl up and go to sleep.

Velveteen Angel

(Going to use one color but different colors for speaking because I'm lazy)

A newly full maned male was sitting at the edge of the pride, waiting for his parents to return. Although he was old enough to be doing his own thing he liked family and enjoyed being close so he stuck around. Either way the playful male enjoyed sticking around and helping out as much as he can, and he also liked the opportunity to help out his parents, both of them worried him greatly. He normally was carefree and happy, however his parents made him nervous, his dad still upset over the loss of his brother and his mother always busy and doing things. Tuz enjoyed sticking around and would as much as he could.

"Mom~" He greeted cheerfully as his mother approached, he rose to his feet and practically bounced over to her batting at her as he did and as he did he noticed his mom's leg and his brow ruffled adn he huffed. "Mom, that isn't good." He huffed once again as he watched her and then turned to her sister. "Dad is coming home soon anyway."

Kakek was on his way home, his legs hurt and so did his eyes, he was ready for bed honestly and also just wanted to see his mate, he was moving a little slow approaching, the sight of his family made him pretty happy, it was somsehting that just mae his heart flutter and a smile grow on his lips, he was unaware, however, of the limp his made had.

Yinbug

Used to her son's exuberant greeting, Kasi only offered him a gentle smile at the batting and murmured a soft, "Hello Tuz." She knew immediately when he noticed her limp and almost groaned. She didn't need two people fussing over her! It was only a sprain.

"For Flame's Sake," she groaned, "how did I raise such worriers?I am fine, and don't you go mentioning this to your father!" She didn't need Kakek noticing too. That would just make it even worse.

She glanced up at a familiar scent and couldn't help but smile again at the appearance of her mate.

"I'm pretty sure Dad is gonna notice," Safi said sarcastically, but held her tongue as her father approached, glancing at her brother with a faintly exasperated look as if to say 'is she crazy, or?'

Velveteen Angel

A sigh escaped Tuz's mouth as his mother was being stubborn. It really kind of annoyed him when his mother was being stubborn and that was because she couldn't help but to get annoyed. He knew that if no one stopped his mother she would just get more hurt. He turned toward his sister for a moment and then laughed in agreement, "Mom, dad seriously is going to notice." He warned her. He had a feeling that his mom was aware that his dad was going to notice but he thought he would try and warn her anyway.

Kakek was already noticing from a distance that there was something wrong with Kasi. Although the sight of his family made him extremely excited, it always did, seeing what appeared to be something wrong with Kasi made him extremely upset. He sighed as he started to walk up to the family and thens smiled as he got closer to them. He nodded to his children with the smile. "Hey there." He said before nudging both of them gently. Then came a pause as he turned to Kasi. "Kasi, are you okay?" He asked curiously, he walked toward her his tail flicking around behind him, his ears were back some and a worried expression was on his face. He really was hoping that everything was okay.
