As of right now Chloe’s abilities are really just knowing what is wrong with electronics and how to fix them. She can “talk” to electronics but really all they will tell her is things to fix them and then small sayings. She can’t get them to do her bidding or give them free will yet.

This is more of a description for the future and what her full skills will be.
Technopathy is the ability to control and manipulate electronics with the mind. Technopaths have a special connection with technology. They can understand and manipulate it in several basic ways, even before their full potential is unlocked. To unlock a technopath’s full potential, an electric shock is needed. The shock transforms a normal human body dependent on chemical energy and blood to a hybrid between a human and machine that runs on a mixture of electricity and chemical energy. It takes the technopath a while to re-familiarize themselves with their new body. When a full-fledged technopath undergoes the transformation for another time due to another electric shock, their power over technology grows. They can develop a special kind of telepathy between themselves and technology (mainly computer-controlled technology, but some gain telepathy between themselves and most electrical appliances), the ability to give their creations an independent will. Technopaths have no known lifespan, since they are a fairly recent development, but it is believed they rely more on electrical supply than causes of natural, human death. They are supposedly more susceptible to most computer malfunctions than human illnesses, and can be reassembled, even though it is difficult.
