It's a little tricky. Basically you need orbs. You use orbs to level up the rings you get, which give you a better overall level (the higher your ring level, the higher your health).

Not if you don't say what it is you want to know exactly. No one in this guild is a mind reader ._.

Honestly I'd start looking at some of the newbie guides, some of them are especially helpful.
I prefer to solo, though, so I'm not sure how much of a help I'm going to be.
