Tom Baker from the older episodes, though I haven't seen every single old Doctor.
I started with Christopher Eccleston and he's what got me into Doctor Who, but David Tennet's long stint as the Doctor really made me like him, so I have to call it a tie. Also I'm a little mad at Eccleston for leaving so quickly, so he gets knocked down a few notches.
