I hate my cable/internet company.

They're supposed to take money out of my account every month, but since December they haven't done that and they've been charging me a late fee for their mistakes. I've already gone down to their office to have them correct it in February and paid the bills and the extra-charges on my account. Apparently, even though I had the money in my bank, they haven't taken it out since I went there in February.
So happy to be leaving this town in May.
