Vitamin Crack

Unfortunately I didn't have the sense of mind to track my period before I became sexually active, so I have no idea how long my actual cycle is. Also I remember it being fairly irregular, oftentimes skipping months.

But I figured I should be more responsible now and started to track it. My period came on the 20th last month, so if I have a 28 day cycle, then it should have come on the 18th. It's now the 23rd. So I'm 5 days late, given a 28 day cycle.

I'm a little worried I guess. Though I'm always protected and I haven't noticed any condom splitting or anything like that. But hey s**t happens right?

Also, who's idea was it to make early pregnancy symptoms really similar to PMS symptoms? I've been feeling very PMS-y recently like being incredibly emotional (I've been crying at dumb stuff). I've had lower back pain too, though I take it that this is a symptom from carrying baby weight, which I definitely don't think I have, and it's also more likely because sharing a single bed is just not very comfortable. But both these are apparently symptoms of early pregnancy as well as symptoms of PMS. Bah.

If you're irregular and your period skips months, then you're irregular and there is almost NO hope in waiting for it to come every month unless you're on a BC pill that makes you have it each month.

I doubt you're pregnant. You're probably just messing with yourself by thinking about it.

But honestly, if your worried about it, they have home testing kits for a reason.

I would wait a few days and take a home kit if you're that worried, but I doubt it. The earliest signs of pregnancy are being SUPER TIRED ALL THE ******** TIME. xD And hungry as hell. But especially the sleepiness. Do you have that?

Yeah I think if it doesn't come by the time I'm back at university (30th) I might take a home kit just to be sure. I doubt I'm pregnant too, I just thought I should be prepared in case I am.

@Mary - I don't think I've been any more tired than I am normally. I have been feeling more hungry than I usually do though, again, I think I'm usually like that around period time anyway.

Mine used to be on a six-week cycle. And if you were irregular before, there's no reason to worry yourself for being late for a cycle you're not even sure you're on.

If you're nervous, take a pregnancy test. But honestly the smartest thing to do would probably to get yourself on birth control so your period is regulated.

Lol when I was pregnant, before I knew and got on prenatals, it was like:

go to bed at 10-11 > sleep til noon. Eat breakfast > be tired as ******** > take a nap > do whatever > eat lunch > be tired > take a nap > do whatever > eat dinner > be tired as ******** > take a nap > do whatever > bed at 10-11. xD

I JUST THOUGHT I WAS HAVING WAY MORE FOOD COMAS THAN USUAL.

This is me every month, even getting my period. I puked yesterday morning so I'm worried again. XD And we haven't done anything in over a month so I need to relax myself.

Honestly I bet you're fine. I wouldn't worry about it but if you still haven't gotten it just take a test to be sure. :]
