It took a year, but..

Now my period only lasts 3-4 days and only the first day is bad with bleeding. Then it's just spotting until it's over.

The bad thing would be my hips have been killing me since yesterday but I just take some iburpofen and it' not so bad.

The girl friend only has one like every 3 months.
Though she does have random spotting.
