Space-Time Vortex Rips

Hey everyone, remember those Doctor Who episodes with Matt Smith where all those rips in the Space-Time Vortex kept appearing, well one appeared in real life over Russia!!! I found a news article of it online with pictures of it... we finally get the chance to see what the vortex actally looks like! Ya, I agree. I've seen missiles launched into orbit before... they don't look like that! The governments seem to have a hard time lying lol. I think one of the reasons why they won't admit something like that happened is because some people over-react when wierd stuff happens.

I go for both they themselves are running out of ideas so they thought they could hire some idiots.That theory is the most likely.
