If it's true that they are going to make the Tardis look different I for one am not happy about this.

I could see a slight redesign if we were getting a new Doctor but I don't really forsee this happening. I mean the inside of the tardis has changed over the years but that is it. I chalk it up to rumors, just like how there were rumors that Matt Smith wanted out of the show. I don't see him leaving anytime soon either.
the main one is legendary but that one does look pretty neat

If you actually READ the article is says that Eleven would get a Tardis redesign which he did... it just came in the form of a paint job and a new interior design. sweatdrop
The article ends by saying that the mirror TARDIS, while cool, is only an artsy gimmick some guy made. Still... I wouldn't mind having the Mirror TARDIS as a conversation piece in my living room... xd

Then I read down and was uberly relieved... I like the Blue Box.
Ten's worn blue box pwn's Eleven's! Although Eleven's interior design totally pwns Ten's... RED LEVELS FTW!4laugh
If you actually look at pictures of the TARDIS as the show went on, the outside and the inside have both undergone changes. For the exterior it is usually a different shade of blue, the words on the sign (and in some instances, the paint job), there is a hospital's symbol that pops up here and there on one of the doors. The key system changes also. One of the most recent changes is the TARDIS windows, in Tennant's time they weren't the white color of something being inside that they now have. The interior's changes are obvious.....

It's not real. Besides, if they wanted to redesign, they'd have to work into the show the Chameleon circuit getting repaired. I doubt they'd do so because it's been that way since the early Doctors and the Blue police box is just too iconic to change.
For some reason, when I clicked on it it didn't give me the article, just the picture. Stupid computers!

That article is old. It was written in March of 2009. It should be mentioned that, on occasion, the TARDIS does change in appearance slightly. It happens mostly because when they replace the prop, the people building it don't always stick to old designs.
