What if everything I see is the exact opposite of what everyone else is seeing? I'd never know because I've been taught to call this color a certain thing, and that gravity moves in a certain direction. And I've learned letters go a certain way.

What if the entire world is a dream and it's the Matrix and I'm just sitting in a tube? Or if nothing is real at all?

What if I have a mental handicap that everyone is too kind to tell me about?

Then at some point someone would have corrected you on your skew perception of reality. the entire world doesn't consist where you've lived your whole life. In reality there is a very different world out there. So it's safe to assume that the you are living in the matrix. the movie has some bases on reality. The system in the western world is built on capitalism. With the elite controlling it all and keeping it running. you are living a lie created by them so you think that what they present is all there is. Do you really think someone wouldn't have told you that you have a mental handicap? Most people aren't that nice. stare

at some point in your life the perception that is wrong would've been brought up. Think about it, if you were wrong about a basic fundamental understanding of the world. At some point your own ability to reason would come into play, you would notice that people see differently then you. Or someone else would notice your flawed logic because that's something that we use everyday. And correct you on it. they probably wouldn't notice it's skew at first, but unless you live your life without any human contact, you would be corrected on it. Why do you think there isn't anybody who believes red is green?

You don't understand? Ok I'll simplify it for you. If you go to a socialist society or a war torn country. There are very different fundamental understandings and social rules to live by. When I came to Canada things like wearing shoes was something I had never considered important before. I came to school my first week barefoot and would climb up on the school roof for fun. I didn't know it was taboo, Because those are social rules that people take for granted and don't really pay attention to until the rules are broken. they are called the fundamental understandings of a particular society. now America and Canada are Capitalist societies. that means that the main focus and goal of that particular society is based around the concept of making and losing money. When the main focus of the governing bodies is on money, the actual people are secondary.

They are categorized based on how they affect the money, people who can work, people who can't. ect. Every person has fundamental needs, to be loved, to love to have meaningful relationships. To have food, water are basic needs. in a capitalistic society those things are secondary to the need for money. It's more valued. the basic needs are filled but the fundamental needs are not. the governing bodies don't want people to see that because if they were to believe that there is something more to life then they will look for it and abandon the capitalistic ideology. What is an elite if there is nobody to support him? nothing but a man. it takes their power away. you have been living in the matrix, all based around the idea that if you keep the people ignorant to the outside world. you can make then believe whatever you want as fact.

People aren't nice. if you had a handicap it would be noticeable. if it isn't noticeable then it's not a handicap is it? People are constantly trying to make themselves feel smart. That's a self esteem issue. they will even rip someone else down if it makes them feel a cut above. if you had a handicap you would have a giant target on your back for this. How come everyone thinks that it's good to keep people from moving while they have seizures?

because people panic. and not many people suffer from seizures, so not many people know how to deal with it appropriately when they are faced with it. The reality is in a seizure the person having it can hurt themselves in all their flailing. this causes people to think that to prevent them from hurting themselves they should restrict the movement of the limbs causing the damage. But they don't know that in doing so they can actually cause the muscles to rip and bones to break. They miscalculate just how intense the muscle spasms are because it doesn't look that intense on the outside. stare

Yes it's rape because you have not bothered to clarify her intentions. If her body says yes that doesn't mean she wants it too. nor does it mean she even knows it is saying that. Rape is bad because it is disrespecting someone elses body. People like rape because it gives them power over someone elses body. the red sauce is actually clear before it comes out of the body, it's the lining in the blood vessels that make it red. it's called blood. Little girls don't like sex because they have not reached the mental maturity to really understand it. To them it's just a painful frightening experience.

well if you aren't then you are a rapist who hasn't been caught and are using this as method of mocking society's inability to prevent you from repeating. you're playing a game. You probably either had a bad experience in the past and are using other peoples misery to reduce your own. or you don't understand people and emotions, and are genuinely confused. or you are void of emotions and therefor aren't bound by the line drawn between what's acceptable and unacceptable, it doesn't exist for you. but even in this state you should be able to understand consequences. Even if you can't feel emotions, other people can. If you can't understand how they work you will never survive in a world filled with them.

or you are a rape victim who feels a great deal of melancholy towards society because of what happened to you. You feel it's a ridiculous situation. And playing it in a joke is your way of voicing your hatred and confusion.

If you are joking then it's a bad joke. Not because it's taboo or politically incorrect. But because your mocking someone elses pain in an attempt at humor. Don't do it. It shows ignorance of how much suffering a rape victim goes through. If you knew someone close to you who has been raped. You would understand why it's wrong. humans are always coming up with new and creative ways to hurt each other.

English NA are offended by bathroom comments because it's anonymous. it's someones true opinion of you.

because they're religious.

Because those are concepts that are important to them. and are deeply connected to their culture.

Because all it takes is a shower to cure bad hygiene and the ability to learn to cure ignorance. your not insulting someone because they seem smart to you. you're insulting them because you want to hurt them emotionally.

it is interesting isn't it? but it's all based around their particular belief systems and customs. Around what's considered an important aspect of life in general to them.
