Could anyone recommend a good drawing program [similar to photoshop and such] that I could download for free? Just recently Photoshop died on me and I haven't been able to do anything. If you know of anything, please don't hesitate to tell me. c:

Gimp is free, and has a decent amount of tools...not as user friendly...but it is free!

Until you can get something better, GIMP works. It's free and will work in a pinch.

I don't like it a hundred percent, but it's good for a quick work-up.

Thank you for your suggestions, though I already have GIMP, it also is not working properly. D:

I, personally like oekaki boards. They're free, but of course.. they're public and dependent on the internet. Open canvas is free.. I haven't used it much, but I remember using it back in the day.

Other than Photoshop, I use SAI Paint Tool.

You can find the trial version online.

Tegaki is pretty okay, though it's internet dependent.
it's good for practicing, at least until you get something better. C:

i personally find it relaxing.

MyPaint is free and nice enough...

Pixia, though I don't like it much ('cause I don't understand how to use it OTL), is free and.... Depends on you if you'll like it smile
