What is Your Stress Reliever?

It all depends on what I'm stressed about, but I tend to clean a lot when I'm stressed... drives my hubby a wee bit insane. XD

And when i think of the future, what lies ahead, and when i don't see myself where i want...

write a song with the anger, or about it, maybe why i'm angry.
or even listen to some kind of music. whatever it is, it always deals with music(sound) that's my life and future.

...my heart drops down to my rib cage passed the locks and keys with it's wings chained up to the bars of my body.

Before I was with Adrian (BF), I use to walk for miles aimlessly with my camera
and I'd start taking pictures of random things to help relive some alot of stress. Or if the weather was bad I'd sit inside and draw to whatever music was on, usually angry music. Surprisingly some of my best pictures came out of those moments of anger.

Do you mope? yes
Do you clean? not normally but I will if I'm not getting anything done
Do you eat? Oh yeah

I also dance, bake, sing, take a shower/bath, go out for a walk and not come back for hours, scrapbook, and there are a lot more things I do as well.

Afterwards I blow my nose and I smile. [:

I usually get mad and yell depending on the source of the stress... wink
I start my iPod and go outside on my skateboard, when the weather is bad or when it's dark outside I usually start cleaning or I call someone who I can talk to.

I usually cry & mope & punch inanimate objects. Then I calm down a little & write, listen to music, draw & make playlists to chill.

I either clean or cook. I don't really know why but that's what I do every time I'm stressed.
