Your hands are disproportionate to the rest of the body. As it is that hands are the hardest part of a person, or so I believe, to draw make sure that when you're drawing that you size them to be proportionate to her arm. Not too large and not too small. Remember they are wrapping around her arm, so you won't see all of them, but you will still see them.
Second: Bust and Hips.
Her bust seems blocky and doesn't flow, as with her hips. They're too square. Try using circles when shaping them out, and then size them proportionately to the figure. It'll be hard at first but after a little practice it gets easier. You didn't add deminsion, you have to dip and then flow; a woman's curves dip in slightly before they flow outwards and down.
Legs and feet look great.
Face and hair...Try a little shading and texturizing with your pencil, lines and edging it should help.
