You give me butterflies

Fear--my one big weak spot.
It is difficult at times to keep one's head up at times.
My pastor always tells me that with God's help, the devil has to go away.
Which it works well.
But out of habit/fearfulness, I now say it to myself non-stop.
Rebuking him is what is on my mind half of the time.
He goes away, but it is me that is now my problem.
I just do not know what exactly to do.
Just keep me in your prayers, please.
