Kai hadn't had much time to herself lately. It had recently been all about the pups she had recently birthed. Tibuka, the pup's father, had also been a tad busy. He had been helping Mafa with her recent litter of pups, as well as her son's recent litter. The Graveyard was filled to the seams with pups right now, and was taking the corporation of everyone to take care of the bundles of fluff.
However, a day just to herself was nice to have. Having three males running around wasn't the easiest thing in the world, especially when they did their best to get into small scraps all the time. She'd have to stop what she was doing, yell at the some, pull them apart, and trust them to not start up again. Of course, that didn't always work, but it was what a mother had to do.
Now though, she understood why her mother hadn't had anymore pups. They were such a handful at times. With Tibuka not able to be much of a father though, it was more tough. At least Kai's mother had had the help of a friendly stranger she had met, and Kai had surely approved of him. He was a great step-father... And what Kai wouldn't give right now to have his loving words and support with her own pups.
Still, they were sleeping right now in the den, so the gray female took this chance to meander about.... And what a wonderfully nice meander it was.
