After I broke up with my last b/f I promised God that I would not get another one until I graduated high school. But the thing is, is that during prom, the guy I went with kissed me... after that we talked about it and I said I don't wanna become an official couple until after i graduate. so he waited for me, and while that's all nice and dandy, I'm still left to wonder....did I break my promise with that kiss???? question

such a promiss seems silly

do you really think God would worry about a kiss

perhaps
but if God really wanted you to be perfectly able to keep such a promise then he would have made you that way right?

what is most important is understanding why you do the things you do
or perhaps in this case like many others the important part is that you tried (the odds aren't stacked in your favor ya know...we are all going to goof sometime or another)

due diligence and good faith effort is as good as anyone can ask for
(I didn't make the rules...maybe God did?)

and because I know someone is going to flame me for it

ya and that just makes holding two apposing/conflicting viewpoints as true for critical thinking purposes just that much more difficult
