For those new summons in the after life how many skill points do the basic summons require? I know the advanced summons are 3000

They cost 1000 if they are basic.

okay, I have 3 questions

1. what is blue impact? (a move naruto has)

Look up the people on Wikipedia and then try to find the move on their profiles. I think it is most likely a spelling error that is making you not be able to find it.

Also, if the summon doesn't have a TAKEN sign by it, then its free.

Let me make sure I got this right and maybe someone can tell me if I am wrong.

"Sword Art Technique - Divine Blade": Description: The user has finally so tuned his power, he can send out from his sword reflected burning sunlight combined with crackling lightning curved around it. While this in itself can be an amazing technique, the true power comes in the fact that he can focus this light and lightning into his swords, which now glow a blinding light constantly and crackle with lightning... With this jutsu, the target can no longer even SEE at all under any circumstances... Every time they try to open their eyes, their eyes are burned and shocked from the blinding power coming from the swords and they are kept nearly immobilized from the constant crackling of lightning from the blade, shocking them and holding at a certain point (sort of a temporary lightning prison).

From liquid steel down, they are clan techniques so you won't have to worry about it.

Transparent Steel Skill ~ You blade and litterally pass through anything you wish without leaving damage.

Shuriken Transportation ~ Your projectiles are turned invisable for a little while and becomes visable before it hits your victom.

ok, when I was Hagane I guessed what they did.

liquid steel acid- makes it rain down steel that burns on the touch

Steel reflection- makes several panels of steel come up and loomk like a large house of mirrors.

weapon flicker- like body flicker for a Kunai

steel creation- creates a large sheet of steel that you can mold to what you want
