"Are you sure we have enough water with us now that we have a third person traveling with us? Last thing we need is to run out on water while out in the dessert." Hikari went to her cart and made sure all of her things were tied down really good in the back. Her two small tents, some blankets, her water containers, and even some food supplies. Even with all of that, all three of them could climb in and lay down with enough wiggle room. It was the perfect cart to carry all of her uncles supply orders and the nice wide wheels to handle the sand. With a short, quick jump, Hikari grabbed the handle of the cart in order to pull it down so that she can pull the cart along the road as they start their way out of the village.

"Hai, I'm sure; I make sure to carry no less than six gallons of water at all times in each scroll I've got," Jaisyn said with amusement as he pushed off, grabbing the side of the rail to pull the cart. "Plus, I've got a couple of empty storage scrolls just in case they're needed," he said thoughtfully. He didn't mention that he also had found an interesting item in one of the scrolls his father had left behind and quite a supply of water in the same scroll. That would likely make her uncomfortable if I mentioned that, he thought. He shifted his weight slightly, his gaze already and unconsciously scanning and noticing the surroundings for threats even though he was keenly aware that it was unlikely that any threat would come while they were still in the village.
