Lance looks back out the window. "Oh yeah that's right...next time we flip a coin. It's more fair that way." lance pauses then continues without turning. "Hey are you done that milkshake yet?"

"Sure am!" Ilana said happily, "I could go get another one!"  

[Thorgrim the Wise]

"Um...no, don't get another one." Lance gets up from his seat. "It looks like there are some shady characters outside. I think we'd better go."

"Aww...Okay," Ilana said, following him.  

[Thorgrim the Wise]

Lance leads Ilana out of the cafe attempting to avoid the people he thought of as shady characters.

Ilana walked along, not really caring.

After a short bit of walking Lance stopped to check if they were being followed. "Well it looks like they didn't follow us." Lance looks around. "This place is bigger than I expected."

"Who was it you wanted to follow us?" Ilana said.  

[Thorgrim the Wise]

Lance looked at Ilana confused. "No, I didn't want them to follow us. I was making sure they hadn't." Lance looks back the way they had come from to make doubly sure. "Remember Ilana, technically we are on the run...after that incident in Delaro or whatever it was called..."

"Incident?" Ilana actually didn't remember much about it.  

[Thorgrim the Wise]

Lance looked at Ilana like she'd lost her mind. "I think that milkshake froze your brain. Why do you think we had to leave the last city?"  

[UkyoKuonji2004]

"I dunno. Because it was boring?" Ilana guessed.  

[Thorgrim the Wise]

Lance shakes his head and starts to walk down the street. "You know you used to be a little smarter than this. Maybe it is true what they say about blonds."

"I'm smarter than you are!" Ilana huffed.

Lance waits to let Ilana catch up. "Whatever you say Ilana."
