To start off, you really have no theme goin' on.
If you were food you'd be burnt lasaugna(sp?) with moldy cheese.

The head part of your avatar is way too wide, and is barely being balanced off with the pitchfork.
You also need more black on the bottom. Consider getting some black socks.
You look neckless and your hands are rather bare. Consider a collar and gloves.

Those shades don't suit your avatar well. Although they are cool, you don't use them right.
You're trying to look all badass with the whole 3 pronged fork ready to stab little children, then you come across a whole splotch of Santa Clause wannabe.

It's as if your avatar is screamin', "FOR CHRISTMAS ALL I WANNA DO IS STAB YOU!"
