[PRP] Azure, You've Got Some 'Splainin' To Do

[Tartara]

She smiled and nodded, her fingers going still to simply feel his pounding heart. His heartbeat. And then...nervous? She warmly blushed, eyes widening slightly. Whisper or no...he was so close...Her fingers curled against his chest as she leaned forwards, her warm breath stirring against his lips. So close, eyes half lidded, body trembling faintly again. Not from fear or strain, but nerves, uncertainty. She pulled away again though, her blush increasing in her small show that it was still very fresh in her mind too. Though actual LIPS...woo...last time she tried that, she chickened out at the last second.  

[Wolfs Heart]

Azure closed his eyes as he felt Dyas curl her fingers at his chest. He was slightly worried after bring that subject up. Surely it would lead to him having to tell her what had happened. Azure inhaled the sweet scent of Dyas and his eyes flew open as he saw her so close, he had started to lean forward, but then she had pulled away. Azure was left swaying almost dizzily. "Dyas..." This really left him with no choice, it seemed like he would have to tell her.  

[Tartara]

The hybrid turned an even darker shade of crimson if that was possible as he spoke her name. Oh no. He meant that he couldn't forget in a BAD way. Oh no no no. She wanted to dive back into the water and swim away, feeling embarrassed to the bone  

[Wolfs Heart]

Azure was currently trying to remember one of the speaches he had come up with on the way to see Dyas, but none of them seemed right. "D-" He tried to say her name again, but after that moment there was no way she didn't have feelings for him, right? He couldn't hurt her, but then again she had pulled back. Azure didn't know what to do, he didn't want to ruin this, well it wasn't a perfect day, but he didn't want to make this day worse. Azure wrapped his arms around Dyas as innocently as possible to hold her close.  

[Tartara]

Dyas winced as he started on her name again, waiting for the 'its not you, its me' cliche that she had seen time and time again in bad romance books. But he stopped, bringing her dual colored eyes up to his light blue again. She thanked her shyness now for saving her some face at least...The hybrid blinked as still Azure held her close, having her eyes slip shut in saddness. Now he was comforting her. She agreed with her father in one aspect...love or not...this still...hurt a bit  

[Wolfs Heart]

"DyasIloveyou." Azure blurted out at a very fast pace. He hadn't even realized that he had actually blurted it out until a moment afterwards. When he realized what he had just said his heart dropped into his stomach. That, that only made things so much more complicated and worse. Azure froze, that was the opposite of what he had planned to tell Dyas. His breath grew shallow, so much that it almost seemed he had stopped. This wasn't good.  

[Tartara]

One...two...three. Her eyes opened, her mind seperating the blurted out words. What? N-no. He couldn't. There was no way. She wanted to ask him to repeat it, even though it was clearly...A swallow...Yeah. She took a small breath, not daring to think...to hope...Dyas mouthed just one word, staring deeply into his eyes as if the answer lied there. 'What?'  

[Wolfs Heart]

Azure took a deep breath. He wasn't sure if he could ever speak another word to Dyas or Adora ever again. His eyes went wide and his head fell back as he loosened his grip off Dyas. She probably didn't want to be held by him anymore, his arms wouldn't be comforting to her anymore. Dyas probably thought he was crazy for saying those things. Was he supposed to say that? Azure hated not knowing how to navigate through this. It was exactly why he didn't want Trager seeing any guys. "I'm sorry." That was all he could think of saying since Dyas probably hated his guts now.  

[Tartara]

His grip loosening, she moved back, putting a foot of distance between them. She looked at him...and looked...a slender tear slipped down her cheek as she reached out with her finger into the sandy bank. 'D o y o u m e a n t h a t ?' Her heart felt like it had stopped beating. Just up and stopped, making it hard to breathe  

[Wolfs Heart]

Azure's heart sunk even deeper when she moved away. Did she really have to do that... He pulled is knees up to his chin and sat there watching as she wrote. Azure was pretty sure he had meant it, why else would he have said it like that if he hadn't meant it. He also wasn't sure which answer Dyas wanted to hear so he was quiet for quite a while. "I... I meant it... but I probably shouldn't have said it." Azure whispered his tone was dull and he sounded kind of depressed.  

[Tartara]

Stare. Her quick mind raced to grasp this...this information. Try to connect it with the rest of her brain. He...he...loved...Dyas rocked forwards, throwing her arms around Azure. Unfortunatly with her momentum it was more of a tackle, pushing the male onto his back with a soft gasp from her.  

[Wolfs Heart]

Azure took a deep breath as Dyas lunged at him, it knocked a bit of air right out of his lungs after he had inhaled. A wave of relief rushed over him, she didn't hate him after all. Azure laughed happily as he wrapped his arms around Dyas. Happy feelings quickly left him though. It was going to be impossible to tell Dyas now. Either Adora or Dyas was going to be left hating him and Azure already hated himself.  

[Tartara]

Landing ontop of the male, she smiled broadly as she clung to him. It increased even further at his laugh, happier then she ever remembered being in a long, long time. He loved her. The thought made her grip tighten as her eyes closed, blushing. She couldn't be happier.  

[Wolfs Heart]

Azure smiled still even with the horrible thoughts that filled his mind. No matter how much other things he had to think about now that he had said what he had said to the girl he wasn't dating, he still felt happy. Azure felt happy that he loved someone and had actually put a name to the feeling he felt. AND he did it all on his own without help from anyone, except Dyas cause she gave him the feeling. Azure rocked side to side with Dyas in his arms, this was nice, this was perfect. Azure didn't feel like he was being to physical it just felt natural. Azure pushed all other thoughts aside and focused only on this moment.

And what of dyas? Her smile calming down to a soft, content look, her excited mind calmed down as well. She found his heart beat again, holding onto the male as he gently rocked. This was perfection. The hybrid would instantly read for two hours straight, for just five minutes of this. And what did that say? Dyas lifted her head, dual colored eyes opening to look at the male gently. Did she love Azure?
