The RP server cuts down on the amount of idiots by a fraction, but it's still better than the regular servers. Plus, then places like Booty Bay actually work.

Just picked up this game tonight, though I won't be installing it for a bit yet. Want to make sure school and money are alright before letting myself get dragged into another time commitment.

So what server is a good one to play on?

Well I would stay away from the Dark Iron server unless you want to join the PVP or PA guilds since the server ques are quite long. The people on Kadgar are very cool if you want to play on a PVE server and things are nice and quick on the Horde side in Bonechewer.
