well we never said what time it was so lets jsut make it latish and Hiro's house it by the market, so it would make sense for it to happen there, ut its just a suggestion I could probably find an excuse for him to be anywhere at any time of day. "XD

What, should there be a reason, makes him a target? Just, randomly selected for a demonstration on chi-blocking or an attempt to recruit? Or, something along those lines.

not recruitment but chi blocking could work, I was thinking more on the lines of killing though sweatdrop he goes and targets equalists at night, but only the violent ones.
