The Soldat captain jogged over to Theta, stopping to give a Kehjani salute as he stood at attention, "All squads are armed and ready to move, ma'am.", he said with a calm professionalism. As the captain finished relaying the status to Theta, a blaring alarm cut through the air, much like an air raid siren, as a multitude of loud grinding hisses echoed with the alarm. Far above, the cargo bay doors on the underside of each section of the four point star shaped vessel began to roll open, lines of towering mech drones forming ranks stood at attention within the cargo holds as their electronic gazes flashed bright blue to bring themselves online. A voice resonated from the captain's eyepiece receiver as well as within Theta's mind as the drones awakened, "Delta-Eta-001 is now in effect. Proceed with the assault.", the Colonel's voice spoke, as the hundreds of mech drones began to leap from the cargo bays, their booster jets flaring up to carry the machines into the air while assembling into flight squads above.

With an nod the Soldat captain tapped a button on his eyepiece to open communications with the others, "Alright, get moving! I want squads 1-10 moving in from the south-east, squads 11-20 wheel around and attack from the south-west. Squads 21-30, take the civilian S. Squad and push right up the middle, remember, send them in first! Everyone, wait for the S. Squad to make first contact then unload with no mercy! GO!", he commanded, looking back to where the Alpha was to find it was already gone as he dashed to his own specialist unit, green acknowledgement lights blinking on his eyepiece display as the Soldats begin rushing over the sand dunes in formation and breaking off into their attack battalions as they crest the hill. The Technomancer mechs further along the dune watched as the Soldat's began moving, their movement speed doubled by the arcanic tech, as one Technomancer looked to the interim commander, "What do we do, sir? Epsilon hasn't made contact with us yet!", the Technomancer asked over a private com channel. A sigh was the Technomancer's response as the commanding mech looked to him, "We have no choice, we have to go along with the assault. When we find Epsilon, break away from the drones and gather around him for orders.", the lead Technomancer said, the others looking to one another with concern before their machines nod in agreement. The lead Technomancer's mech boosters flared followed by his comrades' as the Technomancer unit rose into the sky, joining a passing brigade of mech drones on their way to Bel'tha'go.

Colonel Parallax sat at the apex of the command bridge, a tactical map showing on a display before him with his Soldats and mech drones marked as green dots, "And so, it begins...", the Colonel mused with a cold synthetic tone, his electronic eye flashing with malevolence as an arcanic wire attached to the back of his head allows him to feed commands to the entire force of drones. A shimmering violet wireframe of a lithe female form began to flicker into existence over a UI panel next to the Colonel's chair, the frame filling in with inky black umbral matter as Gamma's violet eyes opened on her featureless face, "Sir, I've received a radio signal from Theta requesting a pick up. How should I respond, sir?", the UI asked in a calm monotone, violet data sigils racing across her body. Parallax gave an amused chuckle as he looked out of the corner of his synthetic eye to the shimmering UI, "The drones can't be diverted at this time, but I trust that she will complete the mission given to her.", the Colonel said with confidence as he looked back to the display map. UI Gamma nodded as a holo console arose before her, "Yes, sir, I shall relay this to Theta.", Gamma said without emotion, typing in a sequence of data to relay the info to Theta.

Colonel Parallax looked down to Selene as Theta dropped her before him, a sinister smirk set on his synthetic face, "Excellent.", he said with a twisted distortion in his voice. UI Gamma glanced at the unconscious biotic, typing at her holo console rapidly as the section of floor beneath Selene began to glow white-blue, a partially translucent pillar of shimmering azure force springing up around her to form a cage before fading from sight, "Containment cell activated, sir. Power absorption relay link to core drive at 35%.", Gamma said without emotion in her synthetic monotone. Parallax stood from his command station and walked closer to the glowing floor panel, placing his hand against the transparent force cage, "Increase to 85%, Gamma. I want her awake to see what she will become and with that strong of an energy absorption she won't be able to shatter the cage.", the Colonel said with an amused chuckle, as he began pacing around the glowing floor tile with his electronic eye fixed on Selene. UI Gamma gave a nod as she entered the Colonel's request on the holo console, looking back to him when it was done, "Power absorption panel now set at 85%, sir.", she relayed as the tile beneath Selene changed from a white-blue glow to a pure white radiance, the arcanic floor panel humming with it's own intense power. Colonel Parallax's chuckle became a wicked laughter as he made a full circle around Selene, walking back to his command station and sitting with his electronic gaze firmly placed on the biotic, his laughter dying off as a sinister grin set on his synthetic face.

Parallax seemed unfazed by Selene's outburst, his own smirk unwavering as she leveled a gun at him, "Heh, I figured this would happen. In fact, I was hoping for it.", the Colonel said with amusement in his distorted tone. Parallax leaned forward in his command chair, holding his hands together in front of his face with his fingers laced, "I didn't put you in that cell to keep you in, I wanted to see if you were strong enough to break out. If you didn't have the power to break free from such a prison then you would be useless to me, undeserving of the powers you have and therefore life itself. Yes, I think you will make an wonderful Queen for my new Empire.", the Colonel said, reaching over and slamming his right hand on a button panel on the arm of his chair. The hum of power began to fill the Command Bridge, becoming louder and louder before dozens of arcanic wires burst from ceiling panels, whipping down to wrap around Selene's arms and forcing the gun from her hand, the more she struggled the tighter they became. As the wires from above coiled around her arms to her body, several more snaked out from under a series of floor panels to coil up her legs and lash them together to keep her from moving. The wires lifted Selene aloft, each arcanic wire piercing her flesh to draw power from her, making her weak as one of the wires that wrapped around her body slithered down her back and pierced into her spine, linking with her neural center. Parallax stood from his chair, walking forward to stand before Selene and looking up at her with a sinister grin on his face.

Parallax began to laugh hysterically taking a step closer to place a hand on her chest, "Oh, don't worry. You will die, at least this part of you will.", he said with a twisted distortion, as more wires began to snake out from under his sleeve and wrapped around her upper body. The wires from the Colonel began to meld with those entangling Selene, linking himself with the others and by extension with her, "But, Omega will take your place. Only one with such power as yours can successfully accept the Omega Code without their minds being shattered. My ultimate advancement.", Parallax said triumphantly, as his synthetic eye flashed with a series of arcanic sigils to be passed through the wires, uploading the Omega Technomancer Code into her mind.

Parallax moved his hand up her chest to clench his grasp around her throat, "Is that a fact? Well, I don't know about the indoctrinations you've experienced before, but the Omega Code is a very special program. I've only implanted the base coding into your mind, the Code is of such magnitude that it has to be implanted in stages. The first will seem ineffective, but just wait, my dear, the second stage will truly test your willpower.", the Colonel said, moving his face closer to hers as his synthetic eye flashed again, more arcanic sigils than before encircling his stark white iris. The second set of sigils took a faint silvery glow, causing the wires snaking out of his sleeve to adopt the same color as another set of data is transferred into Selene, filling her mind with a hazy silver fog as the Omega Code began to cloud her thoughts.

The Colonel gave an amused chuckle, running a finger of his hand across her chin and up to her forehead, "There's no need to lie to me, my dear. I can tell you're starting to slip. I have to say, I'm impressed that after the second set you can still remain conscious. No matter, the third and final Code fragment will seal your fate, and you will be mine.", he said with a sinister tone in his voice, another series of data sigils beginning to form a ring around his eye's iris, more symbols and runes than the previous two combined. "Just sleep, my dear, and let Omega come to you. It is inevitable, no one can save you, not even yourself. I am the only one you need, sleep.", the Colonel said in a soft if a bit distorted synthetic tone, moving his face next to hers to whisper into her ear. As the sigils formed a complete ring around his electronic eye's iris, they took on a vivid silver glow causing the wires to react in the same manner. Parallax pulled his head back to look into Selene's weary eyes, a beam of silvery light transmitting the final part of the Omega Code into her eyes. As the last Code piece was optically transferred, the silvery fog in her mind became dense and heavy, rolling over her memories and her center of being, clouding everything she once knew and held dear in a void as a soft voice echoed out to her, "We are one, we are the end. We are Omega!", the voice called out, causing the heavy silver fog to solidify into ice, completely obscuring all of Selene's past, present and future as she stood alone within the void.
