He didn't want to speak ill of his fiance, and he couldn't tell the story without her looking like the bad guy. 	"I'll give her a poke sometime, maybe next time Siddie and her have a tea party or something." The conversation started to fade, the spar filling it's empty void. She had stepped in too close, the wide swing connecting with her hip, the dull thump of the impact lingering only because of the fear behind it. It didn't stop her though, she threw a few false punches driving him back before suddenly snapping a booted foot out to catch him on his own hip with a heavy kick. HP: 47 DMG: 5 Beejoux

	he was grateful when she let it go, willing to poke at his fiance for answers instead of him. No matter how well things had turned out for them, the break up was still a source of lingering pain for the ghost. They had learned from their past mistakes, but he did not like dragging up bad memories. Focusing on the spar was so much easier in so many ways. Seiji let his mind go blank, attention all on the ghoul in front of him and how she moved. Sammy had the sort of skill born from years of practice. Feints and quick movements, she landed a a hard kick to the ghost's hip that made his side step, but kept his balance, and as he stepped back towards her he was cocking back a heavy fist and bringing it in at a low swing at her side. HP: 40 DMG: 8 miliardo kason

	It was years of fighting, and before that years of being trained to fight like a slave. If there was one thing she could always pride herself on, it was that she knew how to handle a fight. The problem today was that she was too eager, even after she took the last hit she moved in trying to grapple, to grab onto Seiji by the collar, even as she grabbed at him her left fist of bone started to burn brighter, the fear building up for one solid blow that even in all the struggling up close she just wasn't able to connect; and now she was standing close an personal with him. 	The ghoul darted in close, grabbing for his collar, but Seiji was jerking back, just out of reach. It saved him from what he was sure would have been a powerful punch, and it provided an excellent opportunity. Grinning wickedly, the boil turned her own attack against her. He grabbed the front of her shirt, holding her close, and his arm drew back, darkness migrating down towards his fist before he was bringing it in for a brutal strike to her abdomen. 	Sammy hissed as he grabbed back, the collar of her shirt jerking forward as she stumbled towards the boil, the darkness shifting along his fists much like her own flames had moved. What happened next was a blast of pain to her gut. Even with the dullness of death she felt the fear crash against her own and send her stumbling back. The best she could do was snap a weak punch out as her body tried to work out the damage just done to it. HP: 19 DMG: 3 Beejoux

	That was rather satisfying. Seiji released her shirt as she staggered back from him, the shadow of a smirk on his face, despite the jab she managed to land as she drew away. There wasn't much time to recover. Seiji moved in to close the gap, and a left jab was hammered into the ghoul's side before he was coming up with a right hook that was wild enough to be little better than a hay-maker. HP: 37 DMG: 12 miliardo kason

	She didn't have time to dodge, the first jab already setting her up even more as the haymaker smashed the side of her face sending the world spinning as the flames in her eyes flickered out for just a moment. Stumbling to the side she shook her head, the flames reignited and she dashed forward growling. The flames on her arms where back, and even for a corpse she moved startlingly quick, like a rabid beast with no restriction lashing out with two freezing cold strikes from the bone fist one hook across the cheek and another back hand with the same fist. "You... hit like a damn truck..." HP: 7 DMG Double Strike: 5 + 8 = 13

	A back hand? Damn ghoul. Seiji messaged his jaw with the back of his hand, as he grinned at the compliment, a useless breath leaving in an amused snort. "Thanks." It hadn't always been that way. For quite a while the ghost had had the worst luck in fights. Over eager, it meant he missed more than he would ever admit to. Finally, he seemed to have mastered patience. Spars were easier for him now, he was confident in a way he hadn't been, actually enjoyed the rush of a good fight, be it against student or hunter. Snapping in, he directed a quick jab to her left shoulder. HP: 24 DMG: 3 miliardo kason

	Sammy wasn't above fighting dirty, or just fighting to win, and she was pretty close to being tapped out. "Welcome." She huffed back as they danced about again looking for openings. Suddenly he darted forward again a jab at her shoulder, the left one. She didn't hesitate, she wasn't going to dodge it but she threw up her left hand of bone catching the fist, her shoulder snapping back still from the force and she could feel the dull ache of something trying, or maybe even dislocating. Her off hand flared with fear again and she took a quick shot at his gut, finally getting in close again and not screwing it up as horribly as she did last time. HP: 4 DMG: 9 Beejoux

	Sammy was strong. When her hits connected they ******** hurt. Seiji grunted as her fist connected with his gut, doubling over, but he kept his feet, as he took a step away from her, head up to keep her in sight despite the thread of pain that pinched at angular features. A breath out, and he was straightening up again, arms coming up, ready, and when she presented an opening he was there to take it, hammering dark knuckles against the ghoul's chest. 	Sammy felt good for a moment, she had started to come back in the fight, her arms moving slow still, fear running low and causing her movements to be slow. Seiji stood up tall and the two locked eyes, she dashed in again trying to turn to the side but he caught her too soon his fist slamming into her chest, the flames in her eyes going dim and the ones on her arms flickering out as she stumbled backwards bouncing into the corner of the ring and slumping onto a stool. "Fah.... foh... whoa I'm done..." Beejoux

	The second Sammy went down Seiji backed off. He'd won, that was the end of it. Now he'd offer a hand down to her to help her back to her feet if she wanted. "You okay?" They weren't aiming to hurt each other, but accidents happened. If the ghoul needed he'd take her to see Nurse Cricket. He was smiling though, pleased. "You're good." Hard hitting, skilled. One of the funner opponents he'd faced off against in the last few months. miliardo kason

	Sammy lay still slumped in the corner of the ring, she didn't need to breath so in that very moment she looked truely like a corpse, head slumped down her flames blacked out, no fire dancing in her eyes even as she closed them. "Not more dead then I usually am," she mumbled, finally her head cocked back up rolling backwards lazily as the bones in her neck creeked and popped. "You're not so bad yourself." Her eyes slid open, dark empty sockets slowly filling with flames again. "The hell was that with your arm? That black inky movement in it?" Beejoux

	He chuckled, holding both arms out so she could see the darkness moving along his skin. It was creeping back up towards his shoulders, taking shape ones again. A geographic hexagonal pattern that that darkened into a solid black at both hands. "Mark of my race. It's rot, I never used to be able to control it, and when I first got here that meant my left hand was long, sharp claws. It's taken a bit, but I've got a handle on it now." miliardo kason
