She grinned and lightly poked him at his tease, but really she wouldn't have minded all too much if they had stayed in. Snuggling in their warm cave had been rather blissful. She laced their fingers and walked down the caves halls to the golden sunshine that awaited. Had the world always been so bright? She squinted to try and adjust her eyes. Beautiful indeed, if only she could properly see. Dyas still grinned though as every blink cleared her vision. It truly was a magnificent day to be out and about.
Starved to the point of his ribcage showing, dark circles under his eyes from many sleepless nights, and coated with a thin sheen of dirt, a blue and silver pae pushed through the forest. He was tired and weak, his legs trembling with every step as the muscle had deteriorated on the boat. But none of that mattered. Nothing mattered except for one single thought. He stumbled over another rock and bit back a cry of pain. Still he kept shambling through, never straying from his path. He knew the area like the back of his hand as he forcefully recalled every detail he knew every night he was gone. Getting lost would keep him even longer from his destination, and that was something he simply could not allow. Now panting, he squinted through silver bangs as sweat rolled down his features. He was close. So, so very close. With one last burst of energy, he forced himself into a sloppy jog, the cave up ahead slowly coming into view. Yes. Raken had finally returned home. The very breath in his lungs seemed to halt when he caught sight of two figures. That was it. The one thing that kept him going. His entire reason for pushing his body to the brink. Dyas.

The birds were chirping, the sun was beaming, and Azure was right by her side. She inhaled the sweet air deeply, and blinked a few more times just as a loud noise sounded. Like a wounded deer trying to flee. The female focused on the figure in the distance, plainly floundering around. It was a pae...and they needed help! Giving a quick look to her love, she let go of his hand to start running over. But she only made it a few feet before stopping dead in her tracks. That...That silver hair... The faint thorn pattern on his body...the dirt on him hardly mattered. There was no mistaking him for any other pae. Her body trembled slightly as her heart began to beat wildly. It was her father. It's my Father...Wait...IT'S MY FATHER! Her father was hurt! She was running again as her vision became tunneled, focusing only on the male infront of her. The moment she arrived to his side, she ducked her head under one of his arms for support. He was in worse condition than any pae she had ever seen before.
Relief flooded into him like a tidal wave when he saw her, his beautiful daughter. She was alright. She was safe. She was...running towards him. "Dyas..." He tried to yell the name but he lacked the strength. His legs began to fail him just as the female reached his side. Was she always so strong, or was he that weak? His heart broke a little at her desperate expression, fear shining bright in her eyes. He could only imagine how awful he looked. "Dyas...I'm sorry." The demonics vision sluggishly moved from her face to back in front of him, and he blinked in surprise. Azure? He honestly hadn't noticed the angel until that moment. The island could have ripped itself in two and he wouldn't have noticed until that moment.

She felt her heart skip a beat as a shock of cold ran up her spine. Her eyes snapped over to look at Azure, her mouth opening slightly as her mind turned blank as to what to say or do. She was trying to keep Raken as stress free as possible in his state, and letting him know Azure was living here? Might just kill the demonic. She watched with a rather puzzled look as her love pulled away, but his very first step made her jaw drop further. What was he thinking?! No sugar coating it even! Her eyes darted from between the two males as she tried to brace for Rakens reaction. If her father passed out from the shock, Azure was going to get the guilt trip of a lifetime.
He expected either some smart-butt comeback or for the male to simply shuffle off defeated. Both were characteristics he had seen in the angel before. As the other moved away from him, he felt a little smug. Running away defeated. He still got...wait. Azure moved deeper into the cave. He blinked slowly as this processed into his mind. "Are...you saying...you live...here?" His brow creased as his thoughts began to blur. After everything he had told the male. After being clear in exactly what he expected. He pushed away from Dyas, using his strength gathered from the rest he had gotten with being helped to the cave. His right hand tightened at his side, and he walked towards the male. "With Dyas. Alone." Silver eyes narrowed and his body tensed, looking like he was going to use every last ounce of strength to pummel the angel. "For Goddesses who knows how long. Azure, you..." He jutted his hand out at the male, gaze unflinching. His fist had uncurled to offer a handshake. "Thank you...Goddess...Thank you for looking out for her." For the first time, he said it with true meaning. No sarcasm.

Azure winced at Dyas' reaction, he was worried he might upset her. But if he had walked away he probably would have upset her too. Women... it was always lose, lose with them. Well he knew he was likely in trouble with Dyas, so now to stare his fate in the eyes.
Azure's cool, blue eyes shifted to Raken, wondering how easily he might be able to overcome the other male in his weakened state. Everything Raken said and did convinced Azure even more that he was going to have to take defensive action, he would have to use all his willpower not to do anything more then self-defense with Dyas watching. What was Azure thinking? He wasn't a fighter! He took a deep breath, decidedly accepting his fate. "Yes." He said firmly, admitting to all of Raken's accusations without a falter. There was nothing wrong with what he did, Azure assured himself. There came the hand, Azure couldn't help but flinch, and was entirely surprised by the grasp that didn't cause any sort of pain. Azure froze and shook the male's hand mindlessly as a puzzled expression worked its way over Azure's face. "You're... welcome? Yes, you're welcome. Of course." Azure glanced at Dyas again.
