Brief Character Description: The Aroma Lady you'd probably come across on your way to catch Budew and Roselia. If you beat her enough times, she'll give you a random Sweet/Dry Berry for Cuteness and Beauty. She raises both flowers and berry bushes in her garden, which attracts a lovely array of Pokemon.

Hair: #0f1582 with a solid white streak. Kind of short, shaggy, and in need of a brushing.
Cutie Mark 8D: Something that looks like a toy cop car in black and white with a tiny red light on top. Like some sort of cutesy G1 style, really round tires and soft corners on the car. (I'll sketch something for this.)
Brief Character Description: Usually given the most boring jobs possible. Standing at public parks, patrolling a library in the safest part of town. The force doesn't even think he'd be fit for actual cop work, but he was apparently made for the job. There's probably some kind of nepotism that even landed him this job, but it wasn't enough to get him all that great of a position.
