 " Eggs eggs eggs eggs eggs! I FREAKING LOVE THESE EGGS! I could eat them everyday!~" Flower cracked her egg perfectly this time and was already done eating it before Best even gave her some tokens.

 This was, admittedly, probably Rob's favorite booth. She got overexcited and stomped the egg into oblivion, but hey. The yolk was still good.

Best was pleased to see Lily back in line, and applauded her perfect crack. " We can do this with most eggs, though the timing and cooking method differ, thanks to the size and ratio of yolk to white." He paused and flushed a little, realising he sounded oddly more enthusiastic than he thought he'd been about eggs. " Come on down to Rise and Co., when this little set-up is all over, if you'd like to see things more in-depth. My father - The Sun Also Rises - has basically tried to eat and pickle everything he's gotten his hooves on. I am admittedly a bit more picky." He grinned, sheepishly, but found it hard to lie in the face of this inquisitive doe. In the meantime, the Totoma popped out from behind, raising a bored, fluffed chicken aloft atop his hard skull. " Chickens!" He declared triumphantly. " They can be dangerous, but very sweet and productive if you treat them right. Rise and Shine is the only tribe that houses them." He bobbed his head enthusiastically, but not hard enough to anger the bird, merely to produce a mildly irritated coo. " And the heat is from the little fire below, started by our tribe salamanders. It's a little difficult to do alone, but our tribe is pretty big now, and after having put our minds and hearts together for so long, we've done an awful lot of delicious stuff with different types of food preparation. I don't know how it happens - I'm not part of that division - but yeah! Things change colour and texture when cooked with heat."

 Listening to the Totoma in rapt interest, her face squinched up. Animals that started fires, and picked up a second egg, absentmindedly tapping it directly on the stone under the leaf. The shell crushed l completely. She didn't really care, flicking the bigger chunks out with a tap of her hoof, "So these "Chick-hens" Were found by you?" It seemed curious that an animal would only be found and raised by one tribe, but she had seen niche environmental Flora before that only seemed to live in one boggy area where the conditions were right. Didn't seem too odd to have animals limited to an area once she actually thought about it, "And this hot st-- Fire... Cookeds-" She thought for a second -- something seemed wrong with that last word. "... cooks food. It seems almost like something out of a dream, doesn't it?" She smiled slightly, sliding the leaf off of the heat. Egg shells made it a little crunchy, but calcium was good for a kin to have occasionally, "you and your tribe are very lucky to have such gifts..."

And then the beauty of seeing a shell less yolk has vanished...
Undertaker came back the next morning and grabbed an egg from the pile and stood at the far end. She eyeballed the height and where it would land on the banana leaf and proceeded to drop the eggy.
It cracked but not clean and magnificent like yesterday, but still quite good. She was already used to shells so today made no difference. There is free breakfast and she sure as heck will not pass on that.

14 to 30: your cracking was OK! Maybe bits of shell or lost white, but the yolk is intact. [2 tokens]  Swim to the Moon was hungry and knew just where to go, this booth had the best eggs. At least she'd heard so. And by the smell she'd agree.
Giving the buck's a smile she sets up her leaf, taking an egg and attempting to crack it as shown. She wasn't as practiced as the buck, so she ended up loosing a lot of the whites. But there were very few shell bits in it, and the yolk didn't split. When it's cooked she gathers it and her tokens up, thanking Best and Pull Through.

Lily seemed suitably enthused about this. "I wasn't going to, but - I think now I'll check it out," she said. "I can't say I know much about eggs, but - these meals have been delightfully warm." Maxx D cutting through time and space is a Good Solution i think lmao <3 Okay is Wonderful seemed thrilled to crack an egg once more, and she was again pleased with the results. "It was delicious, thank you," she trilled.

This time Flower's egg had a bit of shell in it but she ate the whole thing anyways, shell bits and all. " You can expect me back here tomorrow! I think I'm addicted to these eggs!" Her tail flicked in delight as she collected her tokens.

02 January 31 to 40: your cracking was awesome! A clean split with a perfect egg. [3 tokens]
Today, she was being very careful and quietly took an egg out of the pile. She kept her eyes in-front, ignoring all distractions, and inched closer to the hot rock. When she got there, out of habit, her legs moved her to the end of it and stayed there.
Looking down to locate the banana leaf, she bucked her head back and dropped the egg. Eyes closed, she waited for the 'crack' sound and it happened.
She heard sizzling and opened her eyes to get ready to remove the eggshells with her face. Taking a closer look, the inside got spilled out and shone as it bubbled on top of the heat.
There.. there were no shells today either! She beamed happily and jumped around. She had to tell these guys since she failed to do so last time due to extreme hunger.
"Hello, helloo," she shouted out loud, trying to get the totoma;s attention by running around the rock. "Look, look, I did it, I did it!" Undertaker pointed at the cooking egg with her right hoof lifted.

Salty Sweet was humming as she approached the booth that intrigued her most once more. She had been absolutely terrible at cooking the egg the last time she'd tried, but that who could expect better from a first attempt? Clearly she just needed more practice! And as long as the booth was set up, what easier way was there to learn?
"Let's see if I can do a bit better this time~" The tan doe placed the banana leaf over the heated rock, and went to carefully retrieve an egg. She was determined to pay more attention this time, and hopefully not have the same trouble as her last egg. She bent to carefully crack the egg against a rock and moved to drop it over the leaf, moving slowly and hoping she wouldn't mess up when the egg seemed so nicely split. Luckily, she succeeded in releasing it at just the right moment, and only a few scraps of shell found their way to the egg below. She cautiously plucked them out and observed as her egg sizzled in perfect form.
"Oh~!" Delighted, the acha hopped from one foot to the other, "Oh, it looks so nice this time!" She was clearly quite pleased with herself, bounding in a small circle while her egg continued to cook. Once it was finished, she pulled the leaf carefully from the fire and indulged herself in the finished product. "And it's delicious! Well done, me~!"

Smoldering Reverie smiled, nodding at the two Totoma, as she came forward. She didn't have that much practice with eggs despite being a member of Rise and Shine. She was mostly in the business of delivering her hound's kills, after all. She had seen the technique demonstrated before, so she hoped that she wouldn't embarrass herself in front of her tribemates.
Picking up the egg, she tried to do a quick tap and drop. She fumbled a little but recovered admirably and managed to pick out most of the shell quickly. It wasn't quite perfect, but it turned out well enough.

Cracking an egg sounded easy enough, right!? Cocoa was proficient at getting products to one place to another intact but on the other hand he wasn't exactly the most balanced kin in the world.... But the egg cracking turned out to be alright! The kiokote was a little nervous and had cracked it less than he wanted but he considered this a victory.

Plum gives the bucks a nod, setting a leaf on the slab and cracking her egg. Not a neat crack, whites went everywhere and what was left had some shell in it. Still it got her two tokens, and a nice snack. Thanking the bucks she gathers her egg and winnings and goes off.

Ah the hunger pangs, the hunger games. With a smile, Blue Blood set the leaf down, letting the scent hit his node before he genlte picked up and egg before letting it fall.
It was as tasty as usual.
