it's the most boring and unnecessarily long movie i've watched to date. didn't make any sense, failed attempt at seeming "arty", porn with an acid-inspired "plot", all over the place, etc. ........................................and i didn't even finish it.

i could endure the first 4213214243215 hours just for Mr. Bowie, but after that.......................... i figure you guys might like it better than i did.


EDIT: o and you don't get to see... area... it was hidden in shadows (or maybe my tv is screwed up) and the trippy film sequence doesn't help much either-- you see Rippy's in full view though. i think it was uncut

i don't care for Rip Torn much either. it was mostly him anyway, right? 'cause Tommy doesn't seem to like Candy enough. but he bought her a telescope as a compromise.

but lol when he takes off his human costume, she gets freaked out, pisses her pants, then goes and has sex with him.

and when she wears that wig and throws it at him when he says he's not gonna stay, so she gets mad and offers him cookies, which he throws into the air.

and when he watches TV and then has a seizure.
