-For my beast seal; in order to level up, I need to have 3 intense battles, yes? Can these battles count if I am
1. dead
2. in a chuunin/jounin exam?

-And if I'm lucky enough to get an Orochi Power, can a kill during a chuunin/jounin exam count towards that?

-Also, is it possible to die or get hurt in the afterlife?

No, Not sure on the rest, but it should be a intense battle and live.

So battles and kills in exams can count towards Beast Seals and Orochi Powers?

Moon, an exam automatically acts as three intense battles. Dr. E used that on Loki.

the White Spirit Dragon in the light village is it just a jutsu or more of a summoning? also if you pick a 3 or 7 in the random nuber thing and it truns on you cant you just cancel the jutsu and it goes a way?

As far as I've gathered, it's a light version of Hiei's big fire dragon attack from Yu Yu Hakusho, so it'd be an elemental attack ninjutsu, not a true dragon. And no, once it turns on you, it's beyond your control.

so you just got to be lucky i guess also it says if you use it more then onec there is side-effcts as parlizeing your arm now does the mean no more hand seals and how long does that last, just for the battle?

Effect: When in a near by storm the Raikiri increases in strength for the user takes the time to use the Raitoningu Sanmai technique where the lightning is used in conjunction with the Raikiri increasing the strength of the very technique to make it even more powerful then before.
Description: The user stands in the middle of a lightning storm. As the rain comes forth the user uses their chakra and the lightning release as they hold their arm out in the air. Doing so the user uses their lightning release as a form of a lightning rod. The moment the lightning hits the user uses the concept of the Raitoningu Sanmai technique and takes the formation of the Raikiri. This technique is capable of pushing through almost any type of lightning technique do to the fact that the original Raikiri is capable of cutting through lightning itself, and this technique takes the form of lightning in its purest form.

I honestly do not have any ideal what those do... I can tell you that someone created those jutsu. I tried to search for them on all the normal sites, but nothing. What village are those in anyways?
