Yeah so heres the thing.... im fat >.> and i whant to get to 140 but i caint D: i caint run much i have a heart problum my mom keeps buying junk >.> and evrey time i lose 5 pounds i gain like frigin 10 D: anyone got anytips? and i dont got the money to go to some gym

I have a similar problem but not the heart problem. I'm just too lazy to run. I weight like 150.

I hear that being vegetarian is a great way to loose weight. I'm Veggie and I weigh only like 101 :]

I can help. Well i didnt eat, but dont do that because i almost killed myself. I went to this class thingy afterwards.
All you need to do is eat what you need not what you want. Dont do diets cause those are rubbish.
Just go for walks, even if its not far and slow. biggrin If you want ill show you a picture what i used to look like and what i look like now. Only thing i need to find the old picture.

You know something that helps a lot is that you must have a light dinner (such as a salad or fruit) that really does help. ^^u

gonk Sorry about that =( it's good to know that you are ok now. No I mean you always need to eat just the diner can be a light one but always eat yup 3nodding

D: yeah but i caint my mom allways says i need to buy more healthy stuff she never does and when she makes that fatning food i have to eat it D: were lower middle on money D: other words we caint be picky with what we eat somtimes yeah and i almost died to once well 3 nights in a roll and WTF! 150 is skinny

Have you ever thought of going to the gym for those 30 min workouts?
And don't eat too much, but don't starve yourself either.
What I do is eat a little bit for a meal and have like a fruit as a snack later.
It works, well at least for me.

Yup, I KNOW I'm overweight... too lazy to excercise, but I think once all the snow is gone i'm going to start going out for walks, which will probably be about the time I move back in with my mom, who goes for long walks in the summer to lose weight, so that will be nice ^^ And well, I am FAR from a healthy eater... pizza pops and chips for supper, yummm.

I've started to eat smaller portions. It's helped. Now after a half a plate I get full. Go for brisk walks and when you get able enough, start jogging. I'm starting to do that. I've lost like 15 pounds in 2 months.
