Before you go to sleep, take a piece of glass or crystal or something, and place it over your right eyelid. Say:

Let me see through earth and shadow,
Pierce the gloom of darkest night.
Reveal to me that which is hidden,
Let me see with second sight.

Repeat the process over your left eye.

yes, I think it may have helped... I have seen a lot more orbs, aura, and shadow spirits than usual... they are a lot more visual than they used to be.

I was seeing fuzzy shapes on the edge of my vision for ages afterwards. It was weird.
