Atama V.S. Rasarai

[Maelthorn]

The setting will be simple, long boring plains with conveniently short grass.

Within this area, a man with black hair, black clothes, and a katana with a black laquered sheath, would be standing. His black long hair, was in spikes, though unlike most spiked hair, it doesn't go up, it droops down over his face, and every where else over his head in large chunks; only little spaces allow him to see, and only little spaces let other people see how bored he looks all the time.
The black clothes, are a black thin and open kimono, and black hakamas. The open kimono would reveal his large muscled frame; after all he is 6'7".

High above the plains where his opponent stood Lord Rasarai, the legendary Nova Knight soared in towards his destination. Like a blazing star cast from the heavens by the hand of God Rasarai in his fiery red armor let himself fall into a freefall as he approached. His red hair fluttered wildly in the jetstreams of the high altitude air and his red fierce eyes locked onto his opponents massive frame. Still enshrouded with the flame of his power Rasara would look like a comet roaring down viciously ready to smite the Earth into non-existance.

When he reached the appropriate height of 5 metres from the ground Rasarai's power roared forth and forced the Knight to come to a complete halt. The ground literally depressed and formed a small crater as the effects of Inertia continued to push forward long after Rasarai's armored frame came to a standstill. Standing at only 5'8 the floating armored Knight stared at his opponent and said, "Your a big boy aren't you...I am Lord Rasarai the Nova Knight. I will be your opponent this day." As he began to stretch in mid-air he added, "From what I have been told this is a battle to the death...lets not hold back shall we?"

As he lowered his arms the Knight landed on the far side of the crater and assumed a defensive Karate Stance. His armor lacquered in fiery red was made of the legendary Zero Alloy that was capable of withstanding a direct his from almost all blades in existance. In a sense his armor was his sword and shield. His cape continued to flap wildly in the unseen wind as the white cross on his chest reflected the sunlight that was pouring down. Smiling softly Rasarai simply said, "Shall we get started?" At that moment the flaming aura around him burst to life and gave him an extra boost. Rasarai was ready.

His bored look soon changed to a sinister grin as he new the fight would soon begin. His right hand came down to his left waist and unsheathed the plain looking katana at his side. Without any words, the large man bolted toward his adversary, grass and dirt flying out from under his feet with each yard long step.
When he came in range; which, would oddly be 15 feet away from Rasarai, he brought his katana in his right hand over his left side, close to his shoulder and slashed out to the right.
Obviously, this wouldn't normally hit some one, but, as he swung, the blade extended about 17 feet, heading to cleave Rasarai's head right off.

The enemy approached with phenomenal speeds as Rasarai's hyper senses kicked into action. Judging the speed and the power outage of his opponent Rasarai knew that a cleaving action was going to be on play. But when the opponent stopped out swinging distance slight confusion plagued Rasarai's senses. But this didn't not last long as the red armored Knight saw that the enemies swing contained an extending blade.

Bending backwards the Knight just barely missed the blade by the skin of his teeth. In truth he was going to cartwheel out of the way, and it was a one handed cartwheel. As his cape followed his motion his right hand appeared in an instant as it filled with power. "b*****d..." muttered Rasarai as a sheet of flame shot forth from his hand. As he landed gracefully a few metres back the attack would have already at least hit his opponent. Assuming another defense Karate stance Rasarai began to power up slightly...realizing that his opponent was no pushover

Immediately after his slash, the blade would lessen in length about 7 feet, and just as this would happen, Atama would launch his body into the air, allowing the momentum of the slash to carry him into all sorts of fancy spins and flips in mid-air. In the middle of one of these flips and spins, he would increase the sword's width by one foot, height by 2, and length by 5. The now giant sword would be on a collision course towards Rasarai moving at veeery high speeds.

Oh, the jumping nullified the fireball by the way. Since he jumped over it and all.

The Knight watched Atama as he moved away from his attack. As he once again changed the size of his blade Rasarai's hyper senses were already far beyond what the enemy though he was capable off. Simply sidestepping into a spin the blade smashed into the dirt causing a cloud of dust into the air. As he spun to the left his right hand shot forward but this time it wasn't a simple fireball. It was actually a flame wall that exploded out of his arm. It started by being 5m by 5m but it continued to increase by 2 every 2 metres. And it was very hot. Re-establishing his centre of gravity Rasarai smiled as his opponent was giving him quite a nice match.

The large blade would slam into the ground, having missed it's target; though his assault was far from over. Just after the blade had come in contact with the ground, the momentum had thrown Atama into a front-flip. And since he still had the hilt , he'd just be on the still very large black end of the blade. Immediately after landing, he would jump, with the sword still in hand, and just after he'd gained the right amount of power for his jump, the blade would lessen in size, just enough so it'd come out of the ground and come with him.
This jump would send him above, and then behind Rasarai; his attack would come when he was behind him. So, about 7 meters behind Rasarai, He would twist his body 180 degrees to face him, and simply do a downward slash with the blade still huge.
The movement of going higher and towards Rasarai would be dodging the flame thing.

"s**t" shouted the Knight as his opponent had managed to appear behind him. Realizing he was in no position to offer any effective counter attack he immediately switched his aura from offensive to defensive. As the massive blade closed in the Knight did a overhead Karate block and caught the attack on the his left forearm. Coupled with the strength of his armor and the strength of his chi the Knight managed to stop the blade...but it had managed to smash him into the ground. As the ground depressed into a crater below him Rasarai's eyes filled with rage as his right hand began to glow as he muttered, "Sai...HA!" In that instant the arm blazed like anything and a fiery blade about 1 metre long and 15 cm's wide appeared from just behind his right wrist. Totally created from his power the flaming blade was strong enough to deflect shots and neatly slice through anything due to its heat level. Utilizing high speed Rasarai with the enemy blade still on his left darted forward. As sparks flew from the enemy blade and his armor scratching against each other at high speed Rasarai thrusted his Sai Ha attack forward, in the hopes of impaling the man upon it.

As the two blades would collide, Atama would then use his sword like a rapier. It's height and width would lessen to where it's about 2.5 times as fat as a regular katana, he would then lift up, pointing the blade down, push forward slightly, and push down (Pointing the blade up again.). This would have Atama's longer blade under Rasarai's flame blade. Before Rasarai could react, immediately after his last move, he'd twist his wrists to the right a bit, and push up and to the left, the blade moving up at Rasarai's left arm's exposed under-arm.

This would only take about .6 second(s), given his immense strength and speed.

Hopefully this would be done before he'd be stabbed.

Though the enemies attack was ridiculously fast he didn't forsee the fact that when the blade left Rasarai's blocking left Rasarai would simply divert that arm to another more practical use. As he lowered his arm Rasarai knew that the attack would strike and it did but not in the right place. Rasarai changed his aura frequency to defense and that only took an instant. As the blade penetrated his aura though it was full of power and high speed it would not strike where it intended. In a sense it is like shooting a target in the middle of a tornado, it would be near impossible to calculate the chaotic mess that surrounded Rasarai. But the blade did hit as it struck the armored part of his shoulder causing him to catapult back.

His armor was slightly dented and a small bruise had began to appear. Rasarai simply brought his right hand back and said, "You are impressive...I could have died there." His left hand shot forward once more as it began to increase in power. "Sai Ha!" roared the Knight as a second Sai Ha blade appeared on his left. Now he held dual blades of equal intensity and was seeking to fight this opponent on an equal term. As he stood there with both blades crossed across his chest Rasarai's power began to build up once again. The frequency was still set on defense as Rasarai charged his opponent.

Moving at high speeds Rasarai swung the right blade up and brought it down towards his opponents head, it had the same intensity as someone swinging a sledgehammer so if it hit...it would definately cleave the opponent in 2, but that was not all. If the attack should be successful or not the left Sai-Ha would simply dart forward into whatever opening presented itself, either from when the opponent used his blade to block the right cleave or when he dodged in the last minute, at such close range something should strike the opponent, though bear in mind the strength and the speed of the left Sai-Ha is slightly off due to the damage of the shoulder from the previous attack.

His katana went to the shape of well, a katana, but, it stopped at the length of 6 feet. As his opponent began to charge, Atama held his blade at his waist, so the blade went out behind him. He slide his forward foot(left) a bit more forward, bending his knee some, he also move his right foot bit more behind him, so he was in more of a side-ways stance; his right knee was bent more than his left, it looked as though he were an animal about to pounce on his prey....
With a sword.
Just as Rasarai raised his arm, Atama decided to show a bit more of how powerful he really was...
The muscles in his legs tightened, and suddenly, his body bolted, accelerating to high speeds almost immediately, and all he would do to attack is slash to the left, aiming right at Rasarai's stomach.
With his abrupt change of speed, this would most likely throw his opponent off guard, though he had that other sword, it probably wouldn't do him any good. Atama planned to make contact with Rasarai with the part of the blade only a foot above the hilt, and on top of that he also planned to make contact with him, when he was practically next to him.
Since Rasarai seemed to have some really tough armor, it'd probably just grind against him and then send him flying backwards, a bit off to the left.

His opponent had judged very well how Rasarai would react. As his opponent literally appeared before him Rasarai did not have any time to do any motions as the blade smashed against his side. In reality that blade would have totally cut him in half if it wasn't for the fact that his armor and his aura were made from really tough stuff. As he flew towards his left Rasarai only had one chance to do this. Aiming his left Sai-Ha at the opponent Rasarai disconnected the blade and let its power scream towards his opponent. The blade would be 'shot' at Atama at high speeds with the explosive might of a grenade, it probably wouldn't kill his opponent since Rasarai was only using this as a diversion attack. As he landed onto the ground his left hand shot towards the section Atama struck feeling a slight bruise forming there. "Damn him..." muttered Rasarai as he began to power up some more.

The fireball that was the flame sword collided with his side and sent a searing pain through his body. The force sent his sliding back about 10 feet, though, he never fell down.
As the dust and smoke cleared, he could be seen standing as casually as ever; part of his kimono on fire, and his side black, still smoking.
The weirdest thing was that he was still grinning, as he was through the whole fight, whether Rasarai noticed it or not.
He lifted his right arm, the sword pointing towards the sky.
The blade, within a second, it became the width of a door, the length of a water-tower, and the height of a 1 story building.
He then let the blade fall, planning to have the massive sharp chunk of metal fall on Rasarai's body.

The red armored Knight simply watched in both fascination and excitement as the opponent lifted his blade towards the sky. Rasarai smiled too realizing that his opponent was also enjoying the battle. As the blade increased in size Rasarai began to charge up his left arm with a high amount of solar energy. As the blade came down towards him Rasarai jumped up to meet it. As the blade came close to swatting him out of the air Rasarai used his power to dodge towards the left barely missing the blade, by doing so the shockwave factor of the blade is lessened in the air than on the ground, the force striking the ground would increase the shockwave factor by 2, so Rasarai used the air as a medium to lower the intensity of the blade. As the blade smashed into the ground Rasarai pointed his left hand at his opponent and fired the beam of pure Solar Energy, with the explosive might of a single tank round the beam travelled as fast as a bullet.

A raised and open hand was now an obvious sign to him.
That sign said.
" You're gonna get shot. "
So, as soon as he saw Rasarai raise his arm and open his palm, he pivoted by sliding his left leg to the left, so the beam would go right in front of him, instead of through him. On top of that, he lowered the width of his blade to a pop can, and the height to a CD case. Immediately as these changes took place, he slashed the still very long blade diagonally up and to the left right at Rasarai's side. In case he had constant control of the beam, he didn't want to give him time to move it.
