Welcome to my small celebration of the new lady lines!
This thread will be open all of July.
There's not much more to say, let's get right to the rules!

This is ONLY for the new lady lines.
This is NOT for conversions.
These are FREE.
These don't count as regular customs/they don't take your custom slot for the month.
You may use these as you like. (gifts contests, etc)
You may get more than one. You may only keep ONE. The rest must be given away!
Using a ref INFINITELY increases your chances. (though I will try and pick some without refs, too, just be clear!)
Simple designs are better!
No CC designs this time.
I will do at least 12 of these.
These will be a mix of CC and rolled. (mostly rolled)
I reserve the right to skip over anything too complex for me (you all know how I color by now! -shot-)
No edits for these this time around.

Description: She's based off of an easter-egg-character reference in one of my favorite juvenile books who father is/was/will-be/maybe an ocean marid (jinni) and a mortal girl lost in fairyland. So Ultramarine blue coat as the main color with black and white and purple - electric purple or indigo as a blended swirling mixture (if you can) on the swirl wavy designs on her.
