Kaysie opened up the door of the resteraunt, the veiw impressing her. "Wow, this is better than i expected." she said in awe.

"Yeah i like it here." Jonathan said as he walked up to the guy behind the counter. "Table for two please." he said as he took out his wallet.

Kaysie waited, fixing her small dress she put on for the night out. "Thank you for this." she said to him quietly.

Jonathan adjusted the tux he put on. "Of course... i really did it because..." he leaned in close. "I look pretty damn good in a tux." he held her hand as the waiter guided them to a table.

"I can't disagree with that statement." she giggled, studying her menue.

Jonathan looked at his menu and his phone went off. "hello?" he said. "... oh hi mom... no we... that was.... okay.... okay..... okay love you too....... i'm here with my girlfriend..." a womans voice blared over the phone. "no mom..... i know...... yes she's smart...... no she doesn't do drugs....... know we..." Jonathan whispered into the phone. "we haven't had sex come on mom......alright..... okay bye..." Jonathan slipped the phone back in his pocket. "Sorry about that."

Kaysie laughed to herself, ordering a lemonade. "No, thats okay." she assured. "Who was it, if i may ask?" she asked, even though she already knew.

Jonathan ordered a glass of dr. pepper. "My mom. she's very protective." he said as he looked through the menu some more.

"I know that feeling, you should let me meet her some day." she suggested

"Oh you wouldn't be saying that once you got to know her." Jonathan said.

"Maybe I could impress her and she wouldn't worry so much." she shrugged, sipping her drink.

"It's not that you should worry about. She'll call you every five minutes." he said.

Kaysie laughed "That's usually how my dad is, thank god we have different time zones." she said.

"Well it's nowhere near as bad as my mom. she'll call you every five minutes and ask you questions that will confuse you into oblivion." Jonathan said as he lowered his menu. "Well i know what i want."
