And I actually did pick my own name when I got older...

Though if I could have any name...I think I would want to be Hester. I really love the name and it's so much prettier than my actual name.

I'm pretty content with my name. But if I had the opportunity to choose a name for myself, I would choose Gemma. I think it's unique. I've never met anyone with that name before.

I think if I could have a different name I would want Ivy because I have always found it to be really pretty. I think Ivy would have fit nicely with Elizabeth rather than Danielle, which everyone calls me. Though I don't think I could part with Elizabeth because a couple of characters I like have the name Elizabeth or a form of it.

It was going to be my name until my parents found out that I ceased to have a little thing poking out under my stomach.
Gregory was the name of my mom's brother, who died a year before I was born from aids.

I'd love to have been able to carry on his name.
