Fears: Death/Being forgotten, this fear is always in the back of his mind, always at the corner of his vision and reminded to him everyday as he lives. Starting with the fear of death, it's obvious why this is one of his most crippling of Phobias, when you have lived as long as he has you start to realize that you are not that young wipper snapper you were years ago, sure to shinigami age doesn't always mean weakness or even death but, to Hiroshi this is an ever present fear of just crumbling away like nothing is enough to bring him to a standstill.
Being Forgotten: This fear has less hold upon Hiroshi than death but still eats away at the back of his mind. The fear of being forgotten is one of, anxiety, uncertainty and the idea that he could be forgotten, that his life would mean so little that he would go unnoticed if he disappeared.
Frogs: An irrational fear of toads/frogs with no apparent reason.
Personality: Eccentric is not the right word to describe Hiroshi at all. The words used regularly to describe the Squad Twelve captain are, Insane, sporadic, random, enigmatic, and passionate lover of cats. As if taken by a madness not even he could describe Hiroshi acts in whatever way he sees fit to get his research done even going as far as going over people higher in ranks head. Though even with this he finds a way to be...comedic in a sense, making fun of everything and everyone including himself and his own fear of death. Though even with this he finds times where he shows a serious side, the side that earned him his position and allows him to keep it even with his eccentricities.

It is best to start from the beginning at least then we can understand where the man known as squad twelves most insane captain came from. His beginnings were humble though he barely even remembers anything about his childhood save for the memories of his sister, a fair young woman who worked hard to give him a fair and bright upbringing. Though even so reining in a child like Hiroshi was...difficult, they ended up spending a fair amount of time together living a decent life of peace...that was until the district of the seretei they called home was overrun by packs of hollows in a seven year span that most who could even remember it called the blight. This blight was what first introduced, Hiroshi to death and to the concept of lost, for he lost his sister in the blight during its beginnings though this was also the time where many could say he first learned of his powers for he learned how to survive the blight. When members of the thirteen court guard squads finally began to reclaim the district they found that in an area around Hiroshi's home that the hollows avoided and civilians found sanctuary.
Though it would still be thousands upon thousands of years Hiroshi eventually would find his way into the thirteen court guard squads under the banner of Squad twelve though he only wish to have the position to find a reason why it took the seretei so long to enter and take back the district he once called home. Even with this as his goal he found himself falling in love with the squad and found an extended family there. Though this peace was to be short lived as once again the seretei was greeted with an attack but on a larger scale. By this time Hiroshi, had been a captain for atleast a few decades and was gaining a reputation for being rather...eccentric. When Squad zero was revealed, he was the first to laugh and first to ask why they did not help when his district was raided. Though the answer he received was best a dodge to the question, he accepted it and agreed with the other captains allowing the so far hidden squad to take up the charge.
Now thousand of more years have passed, and, Hiroshi, only watches as the world around him changes, as captains change, and post as handed from one person to another. Though deep down he wishes to see peace he also wishes to escape death and not be forgotten.

Sealed Appearance: Doku Tsuki-Sealed
Release Command: Reflect Shiroitsuki!
Shikai Appearance: Shiroitsuki
Shikai Power-Ups: When released Shiroitsuki transforms into a Silver chakram, this chakram can multiply itself. Once multiplied these disc act as satellites hovering around and blocking incoming attacks and can also condense spiritual pressure.
Shikai Techniques/Abilities
- Photon Lance: The disc collect into one stationary position behind each other wherein the openings in the center can be seen through. Spiritual pressure is then condensed in on itself until transformed into a fine beam that fires out in the general direction it was pointed in.
- Saturn: Multiple rings begin to circle either an individual opponent or Hiroshi himself, these rings circle the head, waist, and legs and act as a trapping mechanism. These rings may also be used as an intermediary into other techniques
- Mercury: The disc begin to melt releasing mercury onto themselves until dripping in a coat of the deadly metal. If an opponent is cut while the mercury is on the disc the mercury will be left behind and seep into the wounds to cause poisoning.

Bankai Name: Shiroitsuki Dosei
Bankai Appearance: Shiroitsuki Dosei
Bankai Power-Ups: Shiroitsuki Dosei transforms into a much larger more serrated version of the disc used in shikai form. This larger ring has the ability to absorb and send back spiritual energy at double its normal power.
Bankai Techniques/Abilities
- Yokai no Kagami: Absorbs spiritual energy and condenses it, can then fire back this energy or contain it to used as an intermediary to the other bankai techniques.
- Bubble Rain: transforms captured spiritual energy into a large bubble that harmlessly floats around and into the air, only to pop and send out a rain of pellets made of spiritual pressure down onto the area beneath it.
- Ryusandan no Fukumen: If the chakram breaks or the user chooses to break the weapon the disc will, shatter into small barely visible shrapnel that will float around and be at the behest of the user, to become either a wall, a spear, or any shape willed to it by the user.
