New Co-Ownership Agreements Thread 3/14/12

I, ~Latonia de la Courtel~ (also known as Latonia de la Courtel) agree to co-own Ballad with DarkenWoodWolf.



I ~LDLC~ retain rights to IC/OOC RP, Plots, Sig Display, Teepee Display and blanket entry to breeding events with Ballad & his LifeMate. I also reserve the right to one basket from each of his breedings, as well as consulting powers over any additional (3rd or 4th) baskets.

DarkenWoodWolf has the right to Teepee/Sig Display, IC/OOC RP (as she chooses within his existing plots), and blanket permission to enter Ballad & his LifeMate in breeding events. She has the rights to one basket from each of Ballad's breedings, and consulting rights as to where/how we home any additional (3rd or 4th) baskets.

*Ballad is already Maxed on stats and LifeMated to his lady, Whistle and this will not be changing. All breeding or breeding attempts will be between Ballad & Whistle.

If co-ownership is broken for any reason, I ~Latonia de la Courtel~ will retain full ownership of Ballad.

So Ktqueen hasn't posted on Gaia since 8/2/13, and hasn't been reached via PM. I'm taking back all rights to her. Ktqueen isn't going to be able to post an agreement to this, for the above reasons.

This co-ownership is temporary until mistalina13 gets a pawed mutant or purewalker of her own, or until terminated by Kamiki. mistalina13 can give up her co-ownership at any time, but cannot remove Kamiki for any reason.

- control over one of her breedings (Kamiki will not get a basket and should not count against her breeding limit - however Kamiki must agree to the breeding permission post)

Any agreements between us of these ponies made before this agreement are null and void.

This agreement includes the following Soquili:

As ShirouEn has become extremely busy with her real life awesomeness, she has agreed to give Strawberri Stardust full rights to the above Soquili.
This is not a dissolving of the co-ownerships by any means! If at any time ShirouEn has the time and/or inclination to return to Gaia, then new terms can be discussed.
For now, Strawberri Stardust promises to keep ShirouEn in the loop regarding any and all breedings won, familiars commissioned/won, etc.
In short, at this time, ShirouEn is co-owner in name only (iludarling <3)

Terms

Major Decisions:
Life-altering decisions (life mating, change of personality, major disasters etc) must be approved by both owners.

Buying a familiar:
Both of the owners need to talk to each other before buying Ker Enyo a familiar.

Breeding rights:
- Each owner will receive two breedings, the order of the breedings will depend on that owner’s slot openness.
- Both owners have to agree that the stallion/mare is the right choice
- The fifth breeding will be discussed.
- In the case of a third basket, the location of the basket will be discussed with all the owners of the soquili.

Breaking Agreement:
If hanging gollow or Thalea leaves Gaia, or leaves for six months without replying to a single PM then all rights will go to the owner that is still frequently visiting Gaia and Soquili. Hanging cannot get rid of Thalea as a co-owner, but Thalea may give up her rights and the same goes for Thalea: she may not get rid of Hanging as a co-owner, but Hanging can give up her rights.
