Breeding Rights - Both users will discuss who gets a basket when breedings are won; generally the basket will be co-owned. If a third basket is in the batch, if the other owner agrees, the co-owner has possibilities to rights to the basket. Either user has the right to opt out of a basket from a breeding.
Role-Play Rights - Both users have IC and OOC role-play rights. Characters are mostly already developed; further development will be discussed between both users, but finalized by tanukyle.
Life Altering/Major Decisions - All prior breeding agreements will stay in place, unless tanukyle wishes to alter them for some reason. - Breedings will be discussed between both users. - Lifemates/Skinwalkers/ect will be discussed between bothe users; final say goes to tanukyle.

I, techabyte, am relinquishing co-ownership with the following Soquili and giving Kyle full ownership of them once more. Kain Corrigan Mirat Windsor Eidolon Eton Corvus ( All are listed above ).
The remaining Soquili will hold their current co-ownership between myself and Kyle. :3 ( All has been discussed over AIM and such lol )

I'm co-owning Suria with Teh Roarie. I have rights to everything with the exception of a single breeding slot, which will belong to Teh Roarie.
Teh Roarie has Signature rights and the Rights to one of Suria's breedings, in which AlexiaSilver has no rights.
AlexiaSilver can break this co-ownership at any time and for any given reason, and Suria will be returned to AlexiaSilver. Teh Roarie can back out of the co-ownership at any time, in which Rights will be returned to AlexiaSilver.

From this post, if Cheyriddle4 disappears from Soq (main thread) for a straight month, Hymn reverts fully back to Heart. If/When Cheyriddle4 posts in the thread for more than a month from today, the period will be 6 months of inactivity before Hymn reverts fully back to Heart.

I, Roserain, am co-owning Kun Bai with Fea Line. Fea will have full rights to the first breeding; all other rights will be my own. Fea cannot transfer rights to any other party, though both she and I may break the co-own at any time.
