[ Noelle ~ Atlantis ~ Outside Throne Room]

As Noelle started to recover she attempted to stumble to her feet. It took her a moment to catch her balance as she swayed in the direction of Kyla and Dawn, but by the time she had reached the two she was back to normal. The agromancer got down on her knees in front of Kyla. It seemed like she was still trying to cast for the others. She made a grab at her book to push it aside if Kyla would let her--her health was more important at the moment, Noelle had faith in the strength of the others. Upon looking over Kyla, the healer couldn't see any injury but could still feel the white magic tingling at her fingertips, as if it knew the girl needed it.

For a moment she doubted the feeling--it would be frivolous use of her precious mana to heal someone who didn't need it. The blonde tried to focus in on the feeling, eyes glancing between Dawn and Kyla as she bit her lip. The longer she concentrated on it the more she felt like she was closer to understanding what it meant. In a sudden rush it became apparent to her what it was that she was feeling--with her white magic came the ability to scan her allies' health and mana. Kyla really was in great need of healing, so Noelle very quickly cast Cura on her.

"Sorry," She panted to Kyla as she cast, "I can't heal you completely, I have to keep my mana up for everyone."

As soon as Kyla was taken care of, Noelle looked up and around at everyone. She saw Riku getting tossed at Joe and winced, momentarily panicking as Ajora moved toward Kida. The blonde had to remind herself to keep cool and look out for her comrades. She glanced from person to person, scanning their health and mana to see if anyone needed her.

As an extra precaution she called over the charms, "Status check! Who needs healing, who needs one of my elixirs for a small mana boost?"

[Kyla: Atlantis: Outside Throne Room]

Kyla realized that once you reach a certain threshold of pain, it’s like your body goes numb. A survival mechanism that was very useful in this situation, but once you begin to recover that pain returns because it was at a reasonable level for management. As a warm sensation went through her limbs, mending flesh together and calming her fried nerves and receptors Kyla was reminded of just how much she was battered. But at least she could move again within acceptable parameters. The dull pain in her her back wasn’t as harsh...more of a soft ache.

Her fingers stopped shaking and she could see Noelle sitting before her face full of concern but also… guilt?

No- such a face didn’t belong on such a selfless person.

“Noelle,” Came the girls response not even a beat after the healer apologized, “-when it comes to this. You will never, ever, have to explain yourself to me. Ok?” How could she NOT understand?
They were both mages, they had mana and had to think carefully about how to use it. Every choice was a vital decision between life and death. To use up power frivolously was too dangerous.

If Noelle said she had enough- she had enough. Kyla had no doubt how seriously Noelle made her decisions, so yes- that girl would NEVER have to excuse herself if she said she couldn't do something.

Kyla knew Noelle would always have a justified reason for everything and anything she did. It seemed almost silly the girl felt she had to apologize.

She put a hand on the girls shoulder gripping it gently before returning her gaze to the fight opposite direction as the healer so the full scope was observed with no blind spots. Axel was keeping up the effective defense for now, but there no telling how long that would last. Ajora was a whole new breed of being- how would a nobody fair up against him?

Suffice to say she was not happy how he toyed with her comrades, tossing Riku into Joe like a sack of potatoes. Oh no he DID NOT!!

Now stacked Enlight stacked on Kyla Holy boost was strengthened as well as her initial Magical strength.

She wasted no time in using it as well and summoned a Birn strike lvl 2. Took Aim, and fired it at Ajora to provide Axel some back up. After it was launched Kyla reached down and pulled Dawn up off the ground, trying to get her at least into kneeling position.

“Noelle, you have Esuna right? Or something like it? I think Dawn- needs your help. ” she hoped Noelle could help at her present status. Kyla gently tapped Dawns face, “…Dawn, when you’re mobile tell us if you’re hurt too.”

{Dani : Atlantis : Throne Room}

"Ugh.." Dani groaned as she started to recover from the stun and the ringing stopped. "That was a cheap shot" Dani thought before managing to get herself back on her feet.

As soon as all of Dani's senses returned to normal she remembered what she had been doing. When she looked over she saw Kyla, Dawn, and Noelle all together. She quickly decided to reactive the water skies and made it over to them. "Well I am glad to see that you guys are...well semi alright." Dani said shyly before looking over the damages of the three.

"I guess I can try and heal Kyla and defend them for awhile." Dani decided and put her hands together to try and conjure water to her hands. However, every time Dani tried, nothing appeared. "Oh come on!" Dani whispered to herself. "I should have some left.." Dani then looked down to her own mark as she suddenly put the pieces together. "I haven't been able to use all my magic since...This is bad."

Dani then looked up to Noelle and sighed. "Hey Noelle, I really hate to ask this of you but it seems that all of a sudden my water isn't coming to me. Do you happen to have anything for mana?" Dani then in an effort to throw something at Ajora threw both of her enlightened chakrams at him to provide a tiny bit of damage to him since she currently did not have mana.

[Dawn : Atlantis : Throne Room]

Dawn slowly got up after several moments, thanks to the help of Kyla and Noelle. She shook her head at the offer for healing.

"I'll be fine," she said softly to the girls, "It is slowly going away. Slowly, but surely."

Dawn looked over at the three other girls. Kyla was still hurt along with all them being short on magic. She looked up at the Joe, Kyle and Mathy combination. Kyle was weakened before entering the drive, and is fine now.

"I have an idea, that will help us, but I am not sure if we can pull it off." Dawn said to the girls as she was still looking up at the drived trio. They could try to drive, however, she was unsure of any friendship she had with the other girls.

[ ??? ; Riku ; Kyle : Atlantis : Outside Throne Room -> ???????????? ]

The two Ultima Demons were finished off by the blasts, their bodies disintegrating into black smoke and then nothing.

Riku, having been dropped after the blast, stood quickly, though he held head with his free hand, and tried to see what was going on.

The sudden activity of the Nobody was unplanned--"Ajora" had expected the coward to remain cowardly. So when the Light-empowered chakram slashed into his face, it surprised him enough to bring him to stop him in mid-jump. The wound was deep and bloody, though it was quickly healing over as he twisted his body and landed just short of the flames, spinning on his feet to get pull back his hand for some form of attack--

--only for Daniel's light-empowered blade to strike his right shoulderblade from behind, stabbing clear through it and lodging itself in with a painful hiss.

The possessed replica recoiled, looking down at the blade protruding from his chest in rage--just as the first two arrows struck into his back. The first was barely a tickle, as its light had been tainted by the Darkness while his resistance ignored the ice, but the second had been unchanged--and was thus empowered by Light, piercing clear through his chest out the other side, causing his back to arch painfully.

"Ajora!" Louis' voice shouted mentally, tied into the black arrow, hoping to pierce the layers of Darkness. "Wake up!"

He turned around in fury, his gaze skewering through Bobbi like the arrow had pierced him, but before he could react, he was beseiged by a constant stream of light-endowed bullets from the back. He threw his hands up to try to guard, the suit's veins suddenly growing to try and absorb as many shots as possible, though it helped little.

He was outnumbered. They had him focused now--and this pathetic body couldn't keep up.

There was a sudden vibration in the air, a pulse of cold, relentless power, as "Ajora" arched his back, looking to the sky--and time seemed to stop. The hailstorm in mid-fall hovered in the air, the Birn Strike that was flying toward him ceased, the raging ring of fire was stuck in place. His face once more split open down the middle, revealing an endless abyss, and the [[DON'T HAVE VOLUME TOO HIGH BANSHEE]] screams of Darkness screeched forth from the Void, pervading their hearts, freezing their minds.

And everything went black.

---

{ Cue : Dismiss }

"Damn fractures! Stains! Your world is dead, destroyed!"

The voices coalesced in emptiness, resonating in every shadow of doubt and despair they held in their hearts, as they felt themselves torn away from Atlantis, from reality itself.

"Forsaken, damned, by Light you hold so dear!"

They would feel the ground beneath them slowly form, and shortly after, it began to glow a deep, bloody crimson.

"Betrayer's heavy cost! We ripped, we tore!"

As their vision returned, all they could see was the deep red platform on which they stood. It wasn't circular, but shaped more like an evenly-measured cross. One path led forward, one left and right, and another behind, all the same short distance. Beyond that... oblivion.

"Now here you are! Earth's final living shards!"

Without warning, seven eyes appeared in the darkness, no pupils or irises, glowing the same sickly crimson as the ground, in a pattern just as they'd been on Ajora's face. Except they were massive--whatever they were on was easily dozens of times bigger than any one of them, each eye being about as big as a person, stretching out for a few.

"At last, the Light shall fade! Submit!--"User Image

The realm itself reverberated as the infinite voices shouted from every direction. The dimension, whatever it was, trembled as their foe came into focus, appearing from darkness and sending ripples outward as if it were a liquid wall.

On either side, close to the edges of the left and right ledge, came two massive claws, covered in what appeared to be obsidian gauntlets that revealed giant, sickly black veins making up the flesh of the hands themselves. Jutting out of the palms were large, glowing crystals, giving off a cold, haunting light.

In front of them, just out of reach of the forward-path, appeared a massive head, covered in thick black, carapace-like veins. The eyes they recognized, but above and below were monstrous, eldritch in appearance. Extending above was a collection of thick, carapace-covered tendrils that entwined, coiled, and spread into the abyss, like the hair of Medusa. Along the face, protruding forward at multiple points, were ghastly black tendrils with a bladed appearance. There was no nose, but instead the "face" thinned as it lowered into an unnatural, glowing sphere that could only be it's "mouth", covered all around by smaller bladed tendril-pincers.

Inside the sphere was a humanoid form, pure black in appearance, slightly curled and hovering as if in a cocoon-like state. Its face, though, was visible, with the same seven crimson eyes.

The Darkness had taken form.

A barrier flashed into view for a split second between the head and the cross-platform before fading, though they knew it remained for now.

The right hand (that is, the one on their left) moved to sweep the entire battlefield, threatening to knock everyone off their feet--painfully--if they didn't duck in time. The left hand (on their right) instead pulled back, the fingers tightly grasping at air as a spell charged.

"...balls." Kyle said, and if Joe's charms were open, it would have been heard by everyone with a charm.

[[ *-- Damage previously done still counts

[Joe: ?????????]

Frankly, even as he ducked under the sweepnig claw, Joe had to agree with Kyle's sentiments. And his charm was open, so everyone with one likely did hear it. But even with that, he managed to get a couple of thoughts to himself, before nodding and shouting orders.

[ Noelle ~ Atlantis ~ Outside Throne Room-->????]

Noelle gave a silent nod to Dani, pressing her hand to the ground and keeping her eyes locked on the battle. Two plants sprouted, each with many small upturned bellflowers holding liquid. She picked the red-flowered American Ginseng Elixirs and handed them to all three of the girls. The agromancer took the remainder of the American Ginseng Elixirs, the flowers closing up to preserve the liquid inside, and put them to her belt as their stems wrapped around it for safe keeping. The second plant, an American Scullcap Elixir with purple bellflowers, she did the same with, attaching them to the other side of her belt for comrades that might need them.

The healer silently cheered as all the attacks started to hit home, overpowering Ajora. It was beginning to look like things were going to come to an end, like they would win this one . . . when everything went dark. The next time Noelle's vision returned her to she couldn't help but gasp in horror. The abyssal creature before them was making a move before the agromancer could even come to terms with what it was. She saw the large sweeping palm of the beast quickly making its way toward them. In a quick gut reaction, Noelle slammed both hands to the crimson stone ground, creating a crater below the group of girls that kept them low enough for the hand to sweep over them. Noelle quickly peeked over the edge of the crater, listening to Joe's commands and biting her lip.

"Got it!" She shouted, rising to her feet and glancing to the Aeromancer at her side, "If you've got an idea now would be the time to act on it, Dawn."

((American Ginseng – When given Noelle’s American Ginseng elixir, the recipient will have boosted endurance and energy. [45% MP Recovery ; Outright Speed increased +2 for 3 turns].
American Scullcap – when given Noelle’s American Scullcap elixir, the recipient’s pain tolerance will increase or, in the event of an injury, the recipient’s pain will be lessened. [Protera (+6 Physical Resistance) for 3 turns] ))

[Kyla: Atlantis: Outside Throne Room>>>????]

YES! It almost looked like the tide was turning. Ajora was being pelted form all directions. As she thanked Noelle for the elixers and felt her mana tap up again Kyla made ready to continue her assault and then-…

And then-
“..Oh...my…”

~ Oh Kyla… ~

Oddly enough, it was kind of what she would have pictured.

At least in size, appearance, power, magnitude, and essence. If she were to design herself the epitome of all that is the darkness incarnate, give it shape will and might, it resembled something like this titan in her head. Though the eyes gave threw her off somewhat. It loomed over them like some giant spider- and they were the tiny, tiny flies about to be SWATTED?

Noelle was fast and suddenly the girls dropped down into the red earth and the hand swept over their head, the sheer wind swept her hair into her face.
“Woah.. that was close.” Kyla looked up at the creature again, “So…you show yourself at last. Impressive.”

~ Hold Tight, I am with you.~
Kyla could put on a brave face, but Tyue new she felt scared. Her fear was the darkness. Alone in the darkness. At least to her comfort, she would not be alone to face this beast.
Joe sent out his orders, and Kyla nodded.

On it-Joe.’

Wall would last a while longer, but she made a point to ration whatever she did next so she would always be ready to recast it. For good measure Kyla summoned a basic set of Enlighted Flight of blades in defensive mode around their little hole while they waited to hear Dawn’s idea. She looked around, taking stock of who remained, it bothered her that Kida was out of sight now. Just what happened? Did they get sucked into some pocket reality? It wasn’t impossible for this world, but damnit this came at the WRONG time!

[ Daniel ~ Atlantis ~ Outside Throne Room>>>????????]

The Turk slid to a stop, holding his breath. for a few agonizing seconds the sword sliced the air seeking the Demon. Ajora was halted by the chakram wielding nobody, Axel. When Ajora spun to engage, he jumped back- right into the incoming blade! With all of Daniel's PENT UP FRUSTRATION summoned energy the sword pierced right through his shoulder to the other side.

Daniel couldn't believe it at first. When he first met the dragoon his instincts had clearly made the right call; this man was a force to be reckoned with. What power he wielded.. There was no turning back now, as Daniel's attack found its mark he steeled himself for what was an inevitable retaliation. Shifting his weight, the Turk lunged forward to continue the assault--

Then everything went black. The ethereal chanting, the sickening feeling of weightless falling, the fear-- There was nothing he could swing a sword at in this abyss. Daniel felt a brief bout of absolute terror thinking he was going to be stuck like this. But as the crimson soil came into view, and eventually the other Survivors, he breathed in relief. The Turk did his best to calm his heart and stave off the overdose of adrenaline, but he didn't have a chance to as the seven eyes of the Demon appeared in the darkness.. Larger than before?

User Image

Much larger.

The claws came out, the creature's "face" revealed itself, it's tentacles and blades slithering in and out of view. The expression was distinctly inhuman, all traces of Ajora were gone aside from what looked like his body in a glowing orb. Daniel was immediately taken aback by what seemed like Ajora's transformation.

How did he do this?

For the first time since the battle started Zodiark made his presence known, resonating from some dark corner in his mind.

That's definitely not him. And if it was Ultima she would have too much pride to even think of looking like that. She's got standards, you know~ That's... Darkness incarnate. That thing is whatever convinced my brethren to rebel in the first place.

A barrier appeared in front of the main body, if only for a second. Daniel took note.

I saw a bit of your memories, briefly. I'm sorry to intrude.

Zodiark laughed, Dan, I see all of your memories, it's fair.

Daniel didn't have time to ask questions; the hand to his left reared back to sweep the plane. He scanned the battlefield looking for a way out and formulated a plan. As the agromancer created a crater beneath her and her allies, the Turk resummoned both of his blades, throwing one at the incoming claw and lodging it into the armor, the other high into the air. The second sword nearly disappeared into the darkness above. Daniel sprinted towards the crater and dove in, tucking and rolling to a stop as the claw passed overhead.

"Excuse me, hate to be rude and crash your party-- My name is Daniel."

The Turk didn't wait for a response from those within earshot in the crater, simply tipped his hat and unbuttoned his blood-ink coated jacket as he spoke, removing it and the tie. He tossed the garments to the side sans his standard issue baton and stood, scaling the edge of the crater. He wore a plain white button up shirt with very little stains on it, tucked into black dress pants, fedora tilted back so that his magic "eye" could get the full picture.

The hand finished its sweep, however the other was doing something awful in the background. Daniel was not looking forward to this.

The paladin gestured to the group behind him. Daniel took note of their names.

"Bobbi and Dani, try your best to interrupt the spell that hand is casting. You, guy with the suit and gun, help them."

The archer and the ninja seemed like good candidates for long range attacks, not to mention the Turk boss. Daniel was happy to see that Tseng was alive, but even more happy to see a plan coming together. These guys may have potential yet.

"Guy with the suit and sword, you're with me and Axel, we're taking out the sweeper."

Daniel smiled. This man was definitely a good leader, and the Spellblade agreed with every inch of his plan. His orders removed any fear the Turk had. As if on cue Daniel snapped his fingers, and the ink that was now spreading on the sweeping arm(from the sword) exploded for decent non-elemental damage. Immediately after this the blade that he threw into the sky landed directly in the center of the cross-shaped battlefield. Daniel however had absolute confidence Ajora-Darkness would not let him get away with that a second time. This was fine. Daniel resummoned the blade that was in the arm and charged forth with his sword+baton combo.

[[??? : ??? : Inside Bobbi]]

The figure let out a mental fist pump as attacks met their mark, his first in particular serving its purpose wonderfully, he could feel the darkness sink in and mix in with the rest, Come on Ajora... I know you're in there. They need you alive. Wake up. The glare shot in Bobbi's direction sent the return message he wanted to know, a sharp-toothed grin flickering in her head, "We're getting to him."

As time stopped and 'Ajora' let out a screech that sent shivers up everyone's spines, the figure remained stalwart, staring into the abyss through Bobbi's eyes, straining to see something before it was too late, "Here it comes..." he whispered, as though something might hear his mental conversation with the girl. Then, just as he predicted, the space before them split, Eyes coming into focus, he found himself looking into a blood-colored reflection of the girl he inhabited.

"...We're going to need bigger guns..."

The presence in Bobbi's mind recoiled for a split second before shouting, "Get down!" Even as it shouted, Bobbi could feel something moving inside her, tilting her balance to the right, like goosebumps running beneath her skin. From the edge of her boot spread a black umbrella, or cone tilted sideways, attempting, not to block the arm, but at the very least deflect the blow slightly upward, just in case her reaction was too slow.

{Bobbi .:. Atlantis >> ??????}

:Oooh, you're handing out elixers?: Bobbi responded to Noelle over the charms. :I'll take five! Do they come in flavors?:

Before she could hear a response from Noelle, though, all hell broke loose. For all that her arrows struck, that only seemed to piss Ajora off even more. He let out another one of those horrid screams, and Bobbi's jaw dropped as her Hailstorm was halted midair. Then her vision went black, and she felt like she was falling, if only for a brief moment. When solid earth reasserted itself and her vision returned, Bobbi had very little choice but to drop to her knees, since they wouldn't hold her up.

Ohmygod, don't panic, don't panic, that's just what he wants you to do!

She barely saw out of the corner of her eye the massive hand sweeping the field, and threw herself aside to dodge, though the entity in her head seemed to be helping her with that as well. She caught Joe's orders, and with no little effort firmly sat on and squashed the rising panic attack. Too much falling in one day; this was going to come back to bite her in the a**. Nonetheless, once the ginormous hand flew by, she took aim with Taulmaril at the other hand, the one with the spell, and fired off three Maelstrom Bolts in succession. The world spun for a second at the loss of mana, and she knew if she didn't refuel soon, she'd pass out.

:Noelle, if you're still capable of making elixers in this mess, I could use a mana boost or twelve, please and thank you.:

[ ??? : Atlantis : ??? ]

In the midst of the chaos, a body shifted as it regained consciousness atop one of the throne room's many exterior ledges. Short, messy hair slowly changed and grew as clothing shrank around a thinning body. The masculine form quickly became feminine, until finally, propping herself up to a sitting position, Lettie looked down over the battlefield that she had been observing before.

Below, there was a massive black dome--a spatial rip in which the battle was now taking place. Just outside its boundary was Kida, still working with the Trident to purge Atlantis of darkness. The King watched in sorrow as she exerted massive magical effort, and two royal guards remained uneasily nearby, wishing to help but knowing they were unable to.

She had yet to be assaulted. She was defenseless as the primary opposition was distracted.

Lettie shook her head, letting out a soft laugh... as her body slowly burned away in black flame, vanishing amongst the shadows of the building.

[ ??? : Castle Oblivion : ??? ]

As her own body slowly returned to normal, Celia awoke from the unconscious state caused by her master's possession. Whatever was going on now, she and her "sister" had regained conscious. Looking around the marble floors, she found and grasped the black auracite used as Ajora's connection to Louis. She did not re-establish connection, but rather seemed to contemplate something. Taking a moment to get to her feet, her stance shaky and uncertain, she walked into another door, letting the "curse" of Castle Oblivion lead her somewhere new.

No two paths were ever the same for different people. The path Celia knew, the path her master knew, would result in some place entirely different for another person. That's why Ajora had once used it as his own secret sanctum--no one could find his rooms without his guidance.

Finding a small column in the next room, she placed the sphere upon it--somewhere her master could find it later, if he succeeded. If he failed, well, the spell holding it would unravel and the specter would be freed all the same. Her task finished, she closed her eyes and gave a trembling sigh as her body was engulfed in black flame, her form lost, her existence unraveled.

[[ Small Mod Note, nothing to do with this post: those fighting the Darkness can't talk to those outside. Their location has blocked charm contact. No one's tried, maybe no one will, but I figured it best to say it ahead of time. ]]

[Dawn : Atlantis : ???]

"A drive," Dawn said simply, not looking at the others even as they were moved into what seemed to be a different world.

She nodded simply at Joe's orders. Which she had every intention to carry out. Dawn just hoped that her legs would hold out. Even as she stood there, her knees shook at all the exertion. If a drive helped Kyle recover. It would certainly help Noelle, Kyla and herself recover. As Joe himself said, they were the best support the team had. But, what good were the 3 of them without their mana pools? With them combining their powers, they were certain to be an even better support.

But the question remained, would they be able to do the drive? She was still unfamiliar with a lot of things, however if she remembered right, it needed strong bonds to achieve. If anyone in the group Dawn was certain of any strong bond with was Bobbi. She was unsure of what kind of connection Kyla and Noelle would have with her, if any. Or what they had with each other.

After a long silence, Dawn continued, "We can't keep stumbling along. We need to do something. I believe we are stronger as one rather than many."

[ Noelle ~ Atlantis ~ ????]

Noelle gave a brief lift of her head at Daniel as he introduced himself. She noticed the red stains on his clothes, quickly tying them to the ones that had splashed onto her own clothes earlier in the battle. So he was the cause? She would have to ask about it later, now wasn't the time.

"Noelle," she responded, introducing herself briefly, "Welcome. The name of the game is no breaking no bleeding--I can only heal a few times before I'm out of mana."

Her attention moved back to Dawn as Daniel left. A Drive? Noelle looked from Dawn to Kyla, giving the pictomancer a less than friendly stare. She quickly turned her eyes away and scanned the battlefield again.

"No." She said flatly, pulling two Ginseng Elixirs from her belt and tossing them toward Bobbi after giving her a heads up over the charms. After a moment she continued, "We don't have a strong enough bond yet. It would be convenient, but we can't. I have to keep on healing support anyway.

[ ??? : Darkness ]

As the hand passed over the group, the dark shield that erupted was effortlessly broken, doing nothing to hinder the sweep. Luckily for Bobbi, she had gotten below it just in time all the same.

The blade Daniel threw lodged into the thick gauntlet plates with a hiss, the light enhancement seeming to burn inside. Shortly after, Joe attempted to dive-bomb it, striking the back of the hand--just as it was pulling back, effectively, striking back simultaneously. There was a flash and hiss of Light as the blade connected, but Joe was also tossed back as a result.

Once pulled back, the lodged blade erupted--but seemed to do little more than nudge the hand to the side with its non-elemental blast.

The three Maelstrom bolts, enchanted with ice on top of the Light enchantment, struck the center of the charging hand, the Light element interrupting the spell and the Maelstrom causing what frost damage it could in the detonation radius--though all three miniature blizzards were quickly absorbed into the hand's crystal.

Without warning, the hand lunged forward, palm facing them, and unleashed a black spiral of magic, specifically targeting Bobbi and anyone directly adjacent. It was a Dark version of her own Maelstrom, doing small, constant damage and threatening Silence to any caught within.

The other hand, which had swept over them, spread its fingers and unleashed a spell of its own--without warning, black stars, unseen in the empty space above them, began to cascade and explode at random spots. The explosion radius was small, only enough to hit one or two people, but it was impossible to tell where they would land, particularly with how fast they seemed to fly at the ground from nowhere.

Meanwhile, the head had tilted forward, and soft, blood-chilling chanting began to fill the battlefield, the infinite voices indecipherable, as if they were all speaking some dead language, all while the many blades pincers surrounding the mouth began to flux and move around. It was just loud enough to be heard, but still soft enough to be ignored--if one could ignore the sudden bumps along their flesh. It didn't seem to cause any negative effects yet.

[[ Black Maelstrom : MS 8, Chance of Silence, Only Bobbi and those directly near her

Shadowfall : MS 8, Chance to be struck 1/3 every post until mentioned otherwise. Roll 1, get hit directly. Roll 2, explosion nearby, won't damage, but enough to surprise you. Roll 3, completely unaffected--UNLESS SOMEONE BY YOU GETS 1-2. So watch out!
