Oh s**t Metformin! How much a day do they have you on? They give that out if you get gestational diabetes, but I don't remember if they cap how much you can have while preggers. How is your dad and grandma recovering? Also ******** I know what's it like to slice body parts open on accident haha. At least it was just a cut and you didn't lose anything. I missed out on a major event too, got sick before my brother's wedding so I couldn't attend. I KNOW THE FEELS.

Year is getting progressively better for me. Credit score is finally over 800. Back to work at my old workplace now that they have a roof installed again. Halfway through a book to try and learn Japanese haha. I made that my goal this year to try and get through one teaching book, but by the way things are going, it might be two books lol.

It's been kinda a bland year so far, just glad the mask restrictions are gone in my state finally.

to much! 1000 twice a day. crying its killing me lol not to mention they got me on ozempic now too so both are causing nausea so pretty much feeling like puking and being super tired for almost two weeks now. Dr says it will go away but when we up the dose after a month it will hit again. Im like great. rolleyes But its helping my lvls have been at pre diabetic lvls and today i was actually at normal lvls. whee
My gramma is good she ended up with covid in the hospital but she didn't get that sick and is fine and at home again.
My dad few weeks ago went in to get another stent in the one artery that was 70% clogged but when h e went in his heart rate was to high and they couldn't do it. found out he had a aphib im not sure how it spelt but he ended up in the hospital for 5 days till they figured out meds that helped it. But he in the hospital today to finally get that other stent in. But other then that he pretty good.
My sister had her baby too she so cute XD

Ahhhhhh shiiiiit you got your sugar levels in check, you're all set to have a baby now lol Actually forgot to ask, do you have to p***k your fingers or do they have a monitor installed in your skin? How do you feel about having diabetes/how did they find out you had it?

Did your sister have a normal birth, no issues? Any plans to go visit the baby or were you there helping in the delivery room? Practicing being an unlicensed doula lol?

You should totally give learning it another try! I'm using Japanese From Zero Vol.1 and an app called Obenkyo (mostly for reference now but originally for learning Hiragana). I just had another book delivered called Nihongo Fun & Easy that I'll get to pretty soon. This is like my third time trying to learn and it's going much better. Especially knowing I should skip calendar, counting, and time telling for now since I figured out that s**t was frustrating me. I think it was annoying me from a practical point of view because saying s**t like KYOU WA DOYOUBI isn't as fun as WATASHI WA ONAKA GA SUITA. I probably know enough now where I could have a conversation with a 3 year old in Japan rofl I haven't told my fiance I've been studying this while baby is napping. Our kiddo is falling behind in speech so I feel weird saying I'm trying to speak another language while he's struggling lol. We've done everything they've recommended but he's just being stubborn and trying to use sign language/gestures for everything. Once summer hits I'll bust out a book in front of her and hopefully everything will be daijoubu then lol

I feel like everyone I know has had covid and only ended up with a short flu.

Call your tits boy, still waiting on having a baby we not sure yet. rofl
Yeah I p***k my finger right now 3 times a day just learning how my body reacting to all these meds. I see my dr again in June so im hoping i can cut back then.
I found out cause I went to a med place cause I thought I had a UTI cause i had one last may and it was the same pain as then. So they like um you dont have a UTI you have diabetes and i guess when i went to the hospital last time my sugars were even higher but no one thought to mention it. rolleyes But other then that i had no effects which all the dr were telling me there had to be signs my lvl was 340 they were shocked I wasn't a hot mess. rofl
Right now I feel like s**t and have since Ive been on these meds im miserable from the metformin and Ozempic. For two months Ive been tired, the shits, stomach prob, and puking and nausea. But I lost 12lbs so far rofl

Yeah normal birth she slid right now went in a tue night to be induced and then by the night even she was out and next day they were home.
Im going to visit at the end of May for a week smile Im so excited. Also cause of covid hospital only allowed 1 person in so my mom couldn't even be in there with her just her Husband.

Hahah nice good luck, im pretty sure im hopeless but I still want to go to Japan some day.
I see a lot of people saying their baby is behind in speaking so they teach them sign language instead. Im iffy on that giving them a reason not to do it isn't going to make them speak. But I don't know I feel like kids learn at different rates. How old is your son now?

That sucks I didn't end up with covid or the flue just diabetes emo rofl

Oh lawd not the diabeetus! Is Type 2 the kind you can reverse with lifestyle change? Might be worth a meditation or two. That's what I did when I was diagnosed with a rare skin condition heavily tied to my diet. After we tried antibiotics and skin cleansers and ultrasound treatment and finally surgery, I finally figured out that I just needed to stop eating manmade crap and return to whole foods and manage my stress. SO easy to type, so hard to maintain, but hey if it stops me from taking gut-murdering antibiotics and breaking out into immobilizing pain, it's worth the fight.

On my family front, we're doing alright. Closest loss was last year, my stepdad. I've moved back out of my mom's home since then to where my career was halted and has now heavily resumed. With some people leaving their professions for either newfound pandemic passions or pandemic passing, that leaves a lot of work for those who remain, like me. I'm grateful; I just have to keep track of work-life balance.

Different...Very.

No once you have it you have it but you can make it not a prob with a life style change which im working on, Lost 20lbs eating better now now i can take less insulin. Sadly my A1C was 12.7 and now four months later im at 6.3 surprised so im doing pretty good.

Damn that sucks D: sadly manmade stuff so bad for you but its so cheap and easy to get its not fair. emo

Sorry about your stepdad ): but thats great about your career :3
