Violent attacks have been reported throughout the city.

9-1-1 is still up.

Hospital emergency rooms are being filled up by victims of violent attacks.

Reported to be bath salts.

9-1-1 is down; too many calls. Hospitals are overfilled.

State of emergency, no one is to leave their homes.

Looting and rioting in the streets.

Military won't arrive, their focused on major cities and in certain "safe" cities. Local safe places are: Fort Rodgers, Fort Anderson & the neighboring city of Palm Springs.

First zombies to reanimate in hospitals.

National news assumes it to be riots and looting based on the recent election. (they can't report on the real subject without causing mass panics)
Local news assumes it to be a chemical warfare attack by the (insert anyone here).

Conspiracy Radio Station News:
It's zombies, that's right. You heard it here folks. The living dead. Reanimated corpses, your friends, your family, coming back and biting you in the a**. The government doesn't want you to know. It doesn't want you to shoot these ******** in the head and save your family, no they're too busy with the bottom line...

With the latest time skip, it has been a month since the outbreak. Everyone was to be evacuated from the town if possible, and the rest were quarantined within a massive wall.

There is no news from the outside, and no one knows if it's contaminated within this town, or global. All that's known is that the power grid is down.
