It was originally occupied by another family, the Takashiro clan, after about a year, the clan disbanded and many had left Gaia.
While few had remained, they each left their roots, and ended up with other clans.
Zip 4000 was abandoned, and was never revisted, not even by those who own homes there. Now, Zip 4000 is back and open! It's owned by the one and only Okami clan! We have meetings here, parties, special events, and announcements here. It's usually a low-key location where not many visit, so it was the best location!
