Jesse Kane

Jesse sat in the back seat of the prison bus that was transporting him. He was going to be taken to a hotel to work for his freedom, but he was scared. He heard stories of this place, that it was supposed to be haunted. Jesse would see strange things, but no one else saw them. Would Jesse see even stranger things there, and what sort of strange things would he see? His thoughts were interrupted by Shwarz's deep tone of voice. "What's wrong? Are you scared of a little ghost story? Ha, you've seen stranger, plus the stories are probably over exaggerated. When this is all done with we'll be free from the grasp of these pigs!" Shwarz looked at one of guards in particular, a women with white hair. Jesse looked around a little to see if anybody was looking at him. He knew only he could see Shwarz. He saw a lot of things others didn't, he was special like that. Though Jesse still didn't like getting weird looks when he talked to the strange beings others didn't see.

No one was looking at him or close enough to hear him, so he whispered to his smoky friend, "This wasn't my idea, it was yours Shwarz. I wasn't going to go, but you insisted! I know you're only trying to get me out of this prison, but I'm not the bravest person. You know this!" Shwarz rolled his burning eyes, "Don't worry Jesse, I'm sure we'll be free sooner than you think." With those parting words Shwarz disappeared. He always seemed to disappear before Jesse could get a good conversation going. Without anyone else close enough to talk to he sat contently in the back of the bus wondering what the hotel would be like. Hopefully the bus would be there soon.

Eva held her brother. If the only thing she could feel was another spirit's touch, she was glad it was her brothers. "Elia. Where have you been?" I was scared..." She spoke. "I had the nightmares again..." She spoke whimpering. She had no idea someone was in their prison, the hotel. "I know you will..." She spoke and nuzzled his shoulder.

Mika was watching Jesse. So far he was the only one on the bus. The other Warden should be along with the rest. "Kane...I heard you mumbling...is there something you need to say?" She asked. She was looking at him with narrowed eyes. She had to put on the stone face around them. Any sign of weakness she showed and they would take advantage in a moment...or at least most would. Kane was a 'special' case. A schizophrenic..."Do you need your meds?"

Bailey sat her cell waiting for the warden to come get her, She wondered to herself what kind of labor will they be making her do. Loud foot steps approached closer and closer, it was the warden coming to get her. Standing up she walked over to the cell door and followed the warden out of the prison and to the bus. She got on the bus noticing Mika another one of the wardens and a man in the very back, he seemed quiet off to her. Bailey tried to stay away from the man, she didn't want to get to know any of the others she just wanted to get her freedom back. Sitting close to the front of the bus, placing her legs on the seat so no one could sit with her. Looking over to the warden Mika " When will be arrive at our destination" she asked as she crossed her arms. She knew she wasn't suppose to be here, she never murdered her parents even if they were abusive to her.

Mika looked towards Baily. "We're not moving anywhere until the other two arrive. After that and we go over some ground rules, we will leave...it's a three hour drive, so you might as well get comfortable." She spoke. She was trying to be nice, but the stone face made it hard. She couldn't stand people who would take the lives of others or hurt them senselessly.

Henrietta sat in her cell, balling up little bits of toilet paper from her little bathroom corner and tossing them at the wall. She was laying upside down on her bunk, so that her legs were propped up on the wall, and her head dangled over the edge. Earlier that day she had been offered an opportunity at freedom. Ironically, working on a place that had been burned in a fire. It was like the whole situation was created just for her to make up for what she had done. Ettie heard footsteps in the hall, and by the time the warden escorting her to the bus reached her cell, she was up and ready to go. She wouldn't want to keep everyone waiting...

"Henrietta Frederickson, please follow me." The man said, unlocking her door and sliding it open. She went. He relocked her cell and led her out to the prison yard, where a bus was waiting. She stepped onto the bus, where a young man and a younger girl were already there, along with the warden escorting them. Henrietta moved nearer the back of the bus than the front; She had never been one to want to be near the front of anything. Bus, class, crowd. Didn't matter. She ended up somewhere between where the man in the back and the girl in the front were, and leaned against the window with her head resting on her hand, and her elbow resting on the edge of the window. The look on her face was a look that said, I dare you to try and talk to me. She was good at that one, from years of being in a gang in London.

Jesse Kane

Jesse saw the women with white hair start to approach him. He got more nervous with each step closer. She had heard him talking to Schwarz. Schwarz was going to going to be mad that Jesse was seen. He was supposed to be acting like the meds were helping him, but they weren't. Why would they? He wasn't crazy, he was just special. All the meds did was give him headaches, but the doctors didn't know that. Schwarz told Jesse to lie and say he started not see things. He did this so Jesse wouldn't get put on meds that messed with him even more.

Jesse had to lie, he couldn't say he was seeing things, the doctors would put him on more medicine. "No, I'm fine! I was just uh..." Jesse tried to think of a reason he'd be mumbling, but he drew a blank. Then like a angel a woman came onto the bus distracting the white haired girl. Jesse then came up with a excuse for earlier "I was just trying to ask when we were going to leave, but you just answered that for the other lady so I guess I'm fine." Jesse felt he had come up with sufficient enough lie to get by. Not long after another woman came onto the bus sitting at the front. If Jesse was lucky maybe she'd distract the women with white hair further.

Dominic Bellamy

Dominic gathered his gear and headed for the bus, sighing heavily that he got stuck with guard duty. He entered the bus and surveyed who was here, so far there were four others three prisoners and the other officer who was assigned with him. He eyed the convicts and shook his head from what he read about them he felt they weren't worthy of freedom. "Today can't end soon enough" he said to himself quietly. He sat in the front of the bus, pulled out a mp3 player and stuck one earbud in his ear fully determined to sleep the entire way to the hotel.

Bailey knew the officer thought she was guilty of a crime she never committed, she had no way of proving her innocence, no one believed her when she said she didn't do it. The thought's of that day still haunt her, causing pain deep inside knowing she lost her only parents, even if they weren't the best. She noticed another girl getting on the bus, she seemed like someone who deserved to be in prison, but you can't judge a book by it's cover she thought. Bailey was about to go say hi to the new girl as she sat down, but as she was going to get up the girl didn't want to be bother after what she said. So she scooted back in her sit with her legs propped up on the seat, she looked out the window and noticed another officer walking up to the bus. She watched him approach the bus, stepping on board she stared at him. He shook his head at them, she knew that he thought like the rest of them. So she decided to keep to her self till they got to the hotel.

Mika looke towards the group. "Ok you four...Here's the deal. I'll be near you every second. Men stay out of the Womens' room and and same goes for you women." He spoke. "Second, no smoking." She spoke walking by them and stopping between them all. "Though you may be out of the prison, you're still serving time. And While I disagree with them giving you your own clothing and supplying more comfortable clothes I allowed them to on this condition. I get to search all of you...One by one...if I so much as find one cigarettes, condom, knife, or other things, you will be forced to strip down until I have all of the possessions on your person..." She spoke turning to Jesse Kane. "Kane, you're first...come here..."

Elias hugged his sister gently "I'm sorry Eva, I just went for a little walk, to clear my mind. I thought I would be back before you woke up." he stated brushing Eva's hair to comfort her. He couldn't bring himself to tell her what their 'master' had told him. People were coming, and the keeper of the hotel, Xaphan, was going to be deciding what to do with them. He was certain that the master had already informed Xaphan about the deal the two had made and the many tasks that Elias had performed. He pushed the thoughts aside I'll worry about that when, or if, one of them summons me. he thought to himself looking down at his sister. I have to protect her... no matter what

Now in order to keep her safe

Jesse Kane

Jesse was glad the officer seemed to ignore his mumbling from earlier. If he was caught talking to things others didn't see Schwarz would get even more angry then he already would be. Hopefully Schwarz wouldn't get too angry with Jesse. He knew that Schwarz was only trying to protect him, but Jesse scared easily. Once the officer with white hair started talking about rules he felt like he shouldn't be in the bus with the others. Jesse behaved in prison, why would he be searched for knifes and such? It baffled him even more when he was chosen first to be searched. He reluctantly walked towards the officer. She wouldn't find anything though. Jesse was well behaved, even if Schwarz tried to get Jesse to do bad things he didn't listen.

Mika made him spread his legs as she searched him properly and feeling into his pickets for anything. There was nothing and she was relieved one was obeying. "Finished you can return now." She spoke. "Baily, your turn." She called and looked towards her.

Bailey listened to guard, she knew that there would be no problems cause she never carried any of that stuff. She watched as the officer searched Jesse, thinking he was the type who would carry weapons around. When her name was called she walked over to the officer to let her search her.
