MamaJu's HP: 17/40 Free! - Unsuccessful
While she wrestled with vines, she didn't seem to be making much progress in untangling the section she had a hold of. Admit-ably she was a bit distracted by Reemus trying to cheer up one of her grumpier team mates. While the yellowblood feared the two might go beyond simply glaring and huffing at the other she tried to defuse the situation. It wasn't unheard of, but effort spent fighting each other meant less time trying to put an end to this awful situation.
Thinking quickly, she looked between them pursing her lip slightly as she contemplated. "Come one, if we keep at it I'm sure we'll be out of here in no time." At least that's what she kept telling herself. If she believed any less, the hard work would have been a giant turn off to begin with. The reward of stopping this guy whom had hurt not only her mother, but all the others he'd hurt deserved a good a** kicking.
However, while she wasn't trying to pick sides with her new friends, they were working together for a common goal. No matter how frustrating things gone, going at one another solved nothing. Even if a good bicker fest was neat to spectate on, Voscil hoped they would both keep their cool. If not then oh well.

TAMIYA 12/20 STUFF: novice agi b trinket
Tamiya was rattled. Was she exhausted? Losing blood too fast? Everything was going so well in the beginning until... The fire started spreading. Tamiya tried to clear her throat, but it was as dry as the Chittentown desert. Perhaps it was because she was without a companion. Did she lack independence?
No. It was not her dependence that was trouble - it was her excellent team skills. Tamiya was sure that she was cursed; aid in fighting these monsters was necessary, by penalty of death. She always had her moirail by her side. They protected each other. Was she really... Lost?
Unfortunately, she didn't have the time to reflect further, and the cave's steam overwhelmed her vision. Tamiya felt, with dread, her make-up running down into fresh burns on her neck. Staggering a bit from the shock of the battle, Tamiya looked through the steam unable to discern the enemies. Suddenly, she was promptly cut by the rainbow drinker himself.
The shock of the blow came to Tamiya before the pain did.
"CH--AAHHHH! ********!!" Tamiya's scream carried through the cavern. She had to flee! Find ... Someone... She held a hand to her wound. Purple leaked from her core and she gasped. Sinter... "********... ********... ********..." Tears beaded in her eyes. Snap out of it, Tamiya. This wasn't order - this wasn't balance - this wasn't capriciousness. This was chaos, out of her vice of control. For the first time since Old Hemisect, she felt the fear she had as a child.
Tamiya shot in a random direction. She was blind, in the mist. Where was he? He went through the caverns, just like her. He must have gotten out. He must be here. He must be alive! Sinter!
A redblood in the distance. Tamiya clenched her teeth and rushed for them, manic.
Tamiya dealt 3 damage.

Milieu Did 12 Damage
Milieu clenched her teeth. They were barred in snarl. As SOON as a plant was cut down another sprung in its place. If she could, she would cry out in rage. Through the twist of vines and flashes of steel she could see Aendal. Leveling her soul searing gaze at the vampire, she lunged again.
Another hit! At this rate they would win. Yes. Nothing was going to stop her.
Well, almost nothing. The weight of something smashed into her left side. With no time to think, she and the projectile tumbled roughly in the oily water. Mouth agape, the teen sucked in a mouthful of the noxious mix. When they came to a halt it took a few sputtering gasps before the world stopped spinning.
Aendal was still near, which made being prone on the ground dangerous. Snarling, Milieu pushed up, only to feel the weight of whatever had pummeled her slip in her lap. Absent-mindedly the tealblood flicked her gaze downwards. Just a kid. She reached out and was preparing to shove off Ephias when the realization hit. A CHILD. This close to the vampire. Unthinkable.
Milieu didn't want to stop fighting, but the troll couldn't leave a child this close to the front lines. After a few tension filled moments thr teen huffed and scooped Ephias up and flopped him over her shoulder. Milieu wasn't sure when she got so strong... maybe it was the adrenaline? It was an odd stray thought and worried her... Fatigue was setlling in. Mili jogged through the pooling water. It splashed and soaked he legs, but did little to slow her down.
When they were in relative safety, she placed Ephias down and looked him over, checking for wounds.

Cops and Robbers Health: 36/40
There had not even been time to call out a warning. Ephias slammed into the other troll and the two toppled over, landing in the water with a splash. He struggled to catch his breath, having been winded by the blow. When he felt the air return to his lungs he tried to vocalise an apology. “S-s-sorry,” he stammered, and rolled off the other troll.
That was when Ephias noticed a problem. Even half-shrouded in mist, his form unmistakable: the jadeblood. Ephias felt his stomach drop. He searched wildly for his lusus but Wolly was no where to be found. He had lost him when the boar sent him flying. Damn it! Narrowing his eyes, Ephias prepared to fight for his life. Then suddenly, he found himself being scooped out of the water and tossed over a shoulder. He was too shocked to even protest.
By the time the troll—a tealblood, Ephias determined through the grime—finally deposited him, he had found his voice again. He was not sure whether to thank her or apologise though. “B-back there, you..,” He started then stopped. That sentence was heading in a redundant direction. He tried again. “Thanks. Are... are you all right?” The tealblood looked worn-down. He and Wolly had been fortunate in comparison.
Speaking of Wolly, the sheep came running up accompanied by a recently freed, tiny panda.
Wolly frees a lusus and deals 8 damage!

Odette dealt 0 damage.
Odette heard someone (or something) rushing towards her and Kei. She stood in front of Kei, holding her glaive out defensively. The figure approached quickly and Odette was frightened that she would receive more hits just immediately after being healed.
As it came closer, it looked more apparent that the figure was another troll, assumedly one of the royalists. But it very well could have been Vremea, as well. "Stay back!" She warned, "I don't want to hurt you!" She lowered her gaze, searching through the mist for any kind of clue.
Within moments Odette realized who she was talking to, and immediately regretted her previous words. She had lied. Of course, it had to be the one troll she actually [did want to hurt. She gritted her teeth and whined. This was not turning out to be a good day. First the queen, and now this? It was too much for Odette to handle.
"Stand back," she informed Kei, "She's not on his side, but she's dangerous. I'll take care of her." Odette stared down the purpleblood, still posed defensively over Kei. "Tamiya? What's wrong?" She asked. A lot more things than I can name, Odette thought, and part of her really wished she could say that aloud.
