Kamen watched the boy run away and his smile broadened and he chuckled. He waited until he was out of sight then followed, he was able to easily track him, both by his scent and the scale he currently still carried with him.

When he noticed him go by the cabin again and for the area he first saw him in dragon form he sighed and shook his head he continued to watch him. He shook his head after awhile. "I don't think you will find any more clues here." he said.

Luka had searched for a few more minutes before groaning. At Kamen's words, he tightened his jaw. Damn it... He was right. "Shut up. I know that. I wanted to make sure before I was absolutely sure," he said, wanting to kick him.

I have to move now... He thought to himself, passing by Kamen and crossing the river again. He walked towards his little home where he was renting out and went to the man he was renting it from. He gave him the rest of his rent and told him he would be moving out today. Since he traveled lightly, it was only a few minutes before he was done packing. He slung his pack over his shoulder then turned in his key. Once he finished, he stopped by the bakery for some traveling food then began walking out of the village grounds.

Kamen had stuck close by as Luka did his thing, when it apparent that now he was leaving town he continued to follow holding onto his pack and sticking only a few yards away from the boy he hummed loudly enough to make sure Luka was aware of his presence.

Luka grew more and more annoyed by the fact that Kamen was following him. He was very close to blowing his top and attacking him. Oh how he wished he could... He was much better at hand-to-hand combat then a sword. But he refrained himself. Just ignore him Luka.. He isn't worth it... He thought to himself, walking to the next village over to investigate.

Kamen kept close to Luka keeping an eye on him and his surroundings. Often he would make a comment to the boy wondering if he would respond or both but to still keep it in Lukas mind he was coming along. Perhaps eventually he would warm up to the idea. Especially when he was hungry. The boy couldn't stay in an inn every night while on the road after all..

Luka grew annoyed by Kamen's presence and refused to acknowledge him. He completely ignored him for hours as they walked, until it eventually began to grow dark. His stomach growled loudly, but thankfully he had bought bread from the bakery before he left. He gathered some wood and made a fire, munching on his bread as he sat on a blanket. He always carried two. The brunette didn't even look at what Kamen was doing. In fact, he didn't care.

Kamen knew Luka was ignoring him he didn't mind. For now he knew he was safe mostly because he wasn't about to transform into his dragon with Luka around and he wasn't in a dire need as of yet. He watched the boy eat the bread and while he stood off to the side he was working on reheating his stew from earlier.

Luka finished off his loaf of bread and snuggled under one of his blankets. The nights were cold here. He heated up some water and put some tea leaves in it, having himself a hot drink to warm himself up. When he felt full, he wrapped himself up in his blanket and laid down on the other, getting ready to go to sleep.

Kamen glanced towards Luka when the boy went to sleep. he was pretty awake so after eating up his soup he simply watched the boy sleep and he smiled a bit. He seemed more relax when he was sleeping.

Luka curled into a ball to gather all of the warmth that he could. Hours passed and the sun began to rise. It was morning now. Luka woke up, feeling hungry now. H sat up and stretched, not once caring to see if Kamen was still there or not. He packed up his blankets, took out another loaf of bread that he had, and was on his way.

I am so sorry for such a late reply I feel bad but I've had writers block and work has kept me preoccupied. I hope this doesn't happen to me often, it didn't use to.

Kamen had had very little seep, he watched Luka laate into the night and woke early before the boy did. He had food ready to eat but fter watching Luka wake and then gather his things up and move on Kamen simply smiled and chuckled. He remained where he was, eating his breakfast and then putting away his things before getting up and following the boy. Catching up almost instantly he strode up to walk next to him then and took another glance. "So, what do you think? Will you find it today?" as he looked the boy over he took note on t he location of the scale he still had in his possession, he was glad to know Luka wasn't aware of how significant it was, or else Luka might already know that the man so insistent on following him was the very dragon he sought after

Luka walked, hoping to leave Kamen behind. But no. He just had to catch up. His mouth turned into a frown, growing even bigger at his question. "Yes," he said straight forwardly. You have to stay positive in these situations, right?

Kamen looked forrward then and was silent for a moment then he closed his eyes and walked thinking for a moment before opening his eyes again. "You left without eating breakfast, a loaf of bread will only get you so far you know. If you want to have the strength of killing a dragon, a loaf of bread won't cut it."

Lucas didn't look at him as he walked down the road. "I'll eat something once I get to the nearest villiage. The bread is to only tie me over until then," he told him. He didn't know why he was even talking to him. Just ignore him... He thought, trying to think of ways to get him to not follow him.
